I am of a mind to not do options at the moment. Consolidation and Theta burn are the likely next few days. Potentially all next week until the market digests this latest move.

Long term absolutely. But short term, might as well just burn the money yourself.

Last half hour pump is likely to short change the most recent puts.

The potential would be huge if it can figure out safe autonomous driving but it wont because of a superseding/intervening force will; continue to cause its vehicles to go out of control putting the public in danger!

========================================

Section 2 - Superseding and/or Intervening Force

Tesla argues it had no control in the crash and death which were "caused by a superseding and/or intervening force."
There you have it folks Tesla admits an outside force caused this Tesla to glitch and go out of control. That is true, its not Teslas fault, per se, that its vehicles go out of control. Its the destabilized electromagnetic environment we are experiencing as a result of the earths continued weakening of its magnetic field. While I do not disagree that this is an outside force causing its vehicles to go out of control, its precisely why computers on wheels (Teslas/EVs/computerized ICE) should not be on the roads. Because these vehicles will continue to go out of control and with more frequency putting the greater public in danger. EVs will continue to destroy lives whether through killing those involved, created long-term psychological damage, or leading to the incarceration of people who did nothing wrong other than drive an EV.
Also as Tesla is aware of the problem and does not warn the public its liable for everyone of its vehicles going out of control!

Section 3 - The computer errors from outer space
(Elon Musk: Model S not a car but a ‘sophisticated computer on wheels’)

When computers go wrong, we tend to assume it's just some software hiccup, a bit of bad programming. But ionising radiation, including rays of protons blasted towards us by the sun, can also be the cause. These incidents, called single-event upsets, are rare and it can be impossible to be sure that cosmic rays were involved in a specific malfunction because they leave no trace behind them.

And yet they have been singled out as the possible culprits behind numerous extraordinary cases of computer failure. From a vote-counting machine that added thousands of non-existent votes to a candidate's tally, to a commercial airliner that suddenly dropped hundreds of feet mid-flight, injuring dozens of passengers
Plus, since giant ejections from the sun can sometimes send huge waves of particles towards Earth, what's called space weather, an unnerving prospect looms: we could see much more disruption to computers than we're used to during a massive geomagnetic storm in the future

Video: Texas Officer Pulls Man from Burning Tesla

Arriving on scene, officers found the burning battery electric vehicle pinned between two barriers on the overpass.
“I noticed it was a Tesla, but I did not take into account right then and there that this was a battery, an electric vehicle,” Hernandez told WFAA. “It was just rekindling, starting to flare back up.”

“Eventually from my understanding the car burned all the way down to its frame,” he said.
Certainly be nice to have some info on how that Tesla became wedged between two barriers? This has the look of an out of control Tesla but the info is lacking. Thankfully the officer was able to save the driver so he wasnt burned alive with the car.

Section 8 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Jain is one of tens of thousands of Tesla owners who have experienced premature failures of suspension or steering parts, according to a Reuters review of thousands of Tesla documents. The chronic failures, many in relatively new vehicles, date back at least seven years and stretch across Tesla’s model lineup and across the globe, from China to the United States to Europe, according to the records and interviews with more than 20 customers and nine former Tesla managers or service technicians.

https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/

The exact cause of the Hutchison Effect is unknown in public spheres as it is classified under national security. However the most likely culprit seems to be a combination of electromagnetic sources coming together in a way to change the makeup of metals leading to their rusting, softening, fracturing, complete breaking, even dustification. Keep in mind the degree of metal materials that are within our buildings and infrastructure...even in concrete. Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?

Another Tesla seemingly suffered sudden unintended acceleration yesterday after a CME struck. Thats two on the east coast but far apart.

Photos reshared across social media on Wednesday show what appears to be a white Tesla that crashed into the Pickle Barrel restaurant at Bramalea City Centre.

A Brampton man crashed his Tesla into a Pickle Barrel located at bramalea city centre pic.twitter.com/aKtE5jcAPs
— 6ixBuzzTV (@6ixbuzztv) July 25, 2024

Another angle shows the restaurant's exterior heavily damaged, with wooden panels and glass sprawled across the sidewalk.

Peel Regional Police confirmed to blogTO that they were called to the parking lots of the shopping centre for reports of a collision shortly after 12 p.m. on Wednesday.

Upon arrival, police say they found two damaged vehicles parked perpendicular to the parking spot lines east of the restaurant. A third vehicle was also found inside a restaurant wall.

This happened after the last CME. In typical fashion, this Tesla appears to have been suffering SUA before it suddenly veered off the road likely due to a superseding/intervening force aka EM radiation!

Tesla driver thrown into Gulf during crash, Florida cops say. Then boater saves him

At about 12:30 p.m. July 24, the 25-year-old St. Petersburg man was approaching the Skyway Bridge on Interstate 275 south at “a high rate of speed,” Florida Highway Patrol said. He veered off the road in his Tesla sedan, running into a drainage pond and eventually overturning in a cluster of mangroves, troopers said. He wasn’t wearing a seat belt, and he was thrown from the car into the Gulf with “serious injuries,” authorities said. A passing boater spotted the man and picked him up, bringing him to the Maximo Park boat ramp for transport to a hospital, according to highway patrol.

Section 3 - Superseding and/or Intervening Force

I'm begging all of you to NEVER get in a Tesla as long as you live. It started accelerating on its own in a parking garage and my dad lost all control of the car and we ran into a wall at 40 mph. Most horrifying experience of my life.

I'll go short more past 229 and below 223.

At 229 so as to average down. At 223 to carry with the swing momentum. At some point this will have to consolidate.

226s revisiting last resistance mark and 229s. Charting upwards with a break through 223s. Long term bear. Short term bullish. Looked at S&P last night and charted that as well. It bounced off of a critical reversal point. So it looks like the broader market is pulling this up.

Until this begins it's next leg down, it is still difficult to chart without a second trendline to form that needed wedge.

Looks like a CME struck today so keep a look out for more out of control and spontaneously combusting Teslas due a superseding/intervening force:

CME IMPACT: A CME struck Earth today, July 25th, at 1422 UT. This could be the halo CME launched toward Earth on July 21st. G1-class geomagnetic storms are possible in the hours ahead

Section 2 - The computer errors from outer space

Plus, since giant ejections from the sun can sometimes send huge waves of particles towards Earth, what's called space weather, an unnerving prospect looms: we could see much more disruption to computers than we're used to during a massive geomagnetic storm in the future

we shall see. big funds have to dump stocks before end of year to show realized gains not paper gains

minor B wave back up then a huge C wave down, not just for TSLA but for most of the stock market from now until thanksgiving ish

people always sell stocks to raise cash for Christmas shopping, its inevitable

massive gains in tech equal masssive tax bills to come

watch and learn

its amazing what you can learn from the high ups at the IRS

But it might see 170 first
