People know self driving is a significant risk/reward type product. However, what most people do not know is just how risky it is because of the deteriorating environment we find ourselves in. Earths magnetic field is weakening! That is an established fact; whether this will lead to a polar flip is under debate. A polar flip shouldnt be a major issue in of itself, its the process of weakening and what comes with it that is the major issue for all living things on earth. Google Adams Event and speculation of people going into caves to escape radiation which led to an explosion of cave art using a clay that is also a great natural sunscreen!
That means greater probability of computerized glitches due to those computers being exposed to increasing levels of EM radiation! This is why the tech will never be safely viable. Teslas going to invest billions and billions in this pursuit & its Optimus program and that'll ultimately lead to its demise. Yes Teslas robots will go out of control/spontaneously combust like its cars already do. This is a problem that will become more and more apparent the more of these products are on the market coupled with the increasing EM radiation.

This article fails to emphasize how much technology will go haywire as the earths field weakens due to greater exposure to EM radiation. We need to using technology to reduce our dependency on it not increasing our dependency on it.

Risks of weakening of the Earth’s magnetic field

Section 2 - The computer errors from outer space
(Elon Musk: Model S not a car but a ‘sophisticated computer on wheels’)

When computers go wrong, we tend to assume it's just some software hiccup, a bit of bad programming. But ionising radiation, including rays of protons blasted towards us by the sun, can also be the cause. These incidents, called single-event upsets, are rare and it can be impossible to be sure that cosmic rays were involved in a specific malfunction because they leave no trace behind them.

And yet they have been singled out as the possible culprits behind numerous extraordinary cases of computer failure. From a vote-counting machine that added thousands of non-existent votes to a candidate's tally, to a commercial airliner that suddenly dropped hundreds of feet mid-flight, injuring dozens of passengers
Plus, since giant ejections from the sun can sometimes send huge waves of particles towards Earth, what's called space weather, an unnerving prospect looms: we could see much more disruption to computers than we're used to during a massive geomagnetic storm in the future

Section 3 - Proof Electromagnetic radiation is causing EVs to go out of control and spontaneously combust.
4). Among the data records during the accidents according to the background data of the crashed vehicles or the data of on-vehicle terminals, the position values of most accelerator pedals were very high(99%) while the values of brake pedals were 0% or only non-zero in very limited moments (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2).
Continued very high accelerator pressure with no braking is how you differentiate SUA from pedal misapplication.

In  recent  years,  there  have  been  numerous  out-of-control  accidents  of  electric  vehicles.
Occasional fault of electronic control unit caused by  electromagnetic interference
External  electromagnetic  interference  refers  to  that  caused  by electromagnetic  radiation  of  various  electrical  facilities  including  the  high  voltage  transmission  line, broadcasting  TV  devices  and  radio  communication  equipment  as  well  as  natural  phenomena  such  as lightning.

Electromagnetic  wave  interferes  the  electric  control  system  of  automobile  through  wiring  harness and  car  body to  make  it  hard  to  perform  or  even  send  wrong  instructions leading  to  wrong  actions  of various  actuators,  affecting  the  safety,  reliability  and  stability  of  automobile  driving.  The electromagnetic  interference  affects  the  automobile  electronic  control  system  mainly  in  two  ways:  one is  to  affect  the  input  signal  of  the  sensor  of  the  electronic  control  system,  causing  distortion  and resulting  in  electric  control  signal  where  the  ECU  output  does  not  match  the  driver's  intention,  which leads  to  the  wrong  operation  of  the  actuator;  the  other  is  to  interfere  the  ECU  output  signal  to  result  in its deviation,  misleading the operation of  the actuator.

Thats not what was said. Strawpuppets of course goal is disinfo. Also liability is a huge reason FSD isnt level 3...so Tesla can skirt the blame.

Even if Amazon comes out with a Robotaxi, it'll be no different than Cruise or Waymo which are very resitricted on where they can be used. Not to mention both those companies still experience glitching leading to accidents and the cars blocking traffic. Robotaxis = major cash burn pursuit with significant potential liability issues.

BYD thoughts of Self driving technology

“We think self-driving tech that’s fully separated from humans is very, very far away, and basically impossible,” Li Yunfei, a spokesperson for BYD, said in Mandarin, translated by CNBC.
“When we think about [self-driving tech] from all aspects, from human psychological safety needs, from ethics, from regulation, from technology — including application in this industry — we haven’t figured out [the logic] and we think it is probably a false proposition,” Li told reporters on the sidelines of the Shanghai auto show on Tuesday.
“There may be many industries and businesses that invest a lot of money on this [tech], and after investing for many years it will prove it leads nowhere,” he said.

There are very few reasons to sell TSLA. 1) You need the money to settle some bills. 2) It's going to zero. Otherwise, chill. This is the first inning. there's batteries, power packs, robots, robotaxis, A.I. and whatever else Elon can come up with. Recently there have been mentions of Hydrogen trucks. Got in June 23 @ $254.80, (don't know why it took me so long), rode it through April's lows of the $140.'s. Now it's back in the $250.'s.
Funny thing is, Nikola Tesla is my hero. During my last visit to Toronto, I walked up and down the falls looking for his statue. There's one of him on both sides of Niagara Falls. So, relax, just let the price percolate.

Tesla Suspected Of Triggering Fire That Destroyed Houston Garage
It's unclear if the Tesla was plugged in and charging at the time of the fire

A Tesla is suspected of being the cause of a fire that severely damaged a home in Houston, Texas, earlier this week. Thankfully, no one was injured in the inferno, but it’s safe to say the vehicle at the center of the blaze will never be driven again.

The fire broke out around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday on Long Meadow Drive, and firefighters from the Houston Fire Department quickly responded. Footage from the scene shows a white car parked in the driveway engulfed in flames, but it is not believed to be the Tesla involved. Instead, the EV was reportedly parked inside the garage, which was also heavily damaged by the fire.
According to CW39, authorities believe the fire started with the Tesla in the garage before spreading to the house. The department’s arson unit is currently investigating the cause.

This wouldn’t be the only Tesla to recently catch fire in a US garage. Earlier this week, a Tesla Model X parked in a garage in Florida caught fire after being flooded in the wake of Hurricane Helene. A video taken from inside the garage revealed the battery pack was submerged at the time, and the blaze appeared to be initiated by a small explosion within the EV.

How does EMF cause lithium batteries to experience thermal runaway and thus spontaneously combust? One of two main ways:

#1 - Overcharge/Discharge

With various impressed external magnetic field intensities an effect was noticed on the charge and discharge curves as well as the charge and mass concentrations within the batteries. With the two-dimensional model starting from 0mT and going to 1mT had the effect of discharging the battery faster and charging the battery faster. With the two-dimensional model starting from 1mT and going to -1mT had the effect of charging the battery faster. In either case an effect on the various characteristics of the battery were studied. With the experiments conducted on the two types of batteries the effect was more profound than subtle. Discharge times were twice as fast and charge times were equally
affected. With the smaller batteries they all generally charged faster under the presence of a magnetic field due to more uniform penetration. In the presence of the field they also discharged faster. The larger batteries would not see the same uniform penetration because only a small area of the battery sees the center of the coil it is placed on

In this dissertation, they found that external magnetic fields significantly increased charge and discharge rates in individual lithium battery cells; like shown in the following image. They also found that smaller batteries were impacted to a greater degree than larger ones. This is likely a reason Tesla is switching to larger battery cells in addition to employing magnetic attenuating honeycomb sandwich battery pack.

#2 - Stimulation of Dendrite Growth

Thermoelectric current causes asymmetric growth pattern of dendrites.
thermoelectromagnetic convection occurs in the vicinity of the solid-liquid interface, and vortices are generated between dendritic arms. It is shown that the thermoelectromagnetic convection has a major influence on dendritic morphology.

(1) AMZN also is coming out with Robotaxi (no brakes, no steering) next year. This means we are getting closer to full FSD (TSLA or Amazon first). Thus, full Robotaxi (TSLA, owners also participating). (2) For TSLA Robotaxi + Optimus combination should get us towards $ 1,000. (3) Optimus first industrial then household (4) Firgure 1 got first Robot on rental @ $ 30-/hr (high rental price).

According to Musk its electric car business is worth next to nothing. All Teslas value is in FSD/Robotaxi/AI. When that ultimately fails, then Tesla is essentially worth its assets because people will realize how dangerous its cars are as well. Computers on wheels exposed to EM radiation go out of control.

In recent years, Musk has repeatedly stated that Tesla is an AI and robotics company. He has even said that Tesla is worth virtually nothing without self-driving, its main AI product.

Section 3 - Superseding and/or Intervening Force

Tesla argues it had no control in the crash and death which were "caused by a superseding and/or intervening force."
There you have it folks Tesla admits an outside force caused this Tesla to glitch and go out of control. That is true, its not Teslas fault, per se, that its vehicles go out of control. Its the destabilized electromagnetic environment we are experiencing as a result of the earths continued weakening of its magnetic field. While I do not disagree that this is an outside force causing its vehicles to go out of control, its precisely why computers on wheels (Teslas/EVs/computerized ICE) should not be on the roads. Because these vehicles will continue to go out of control and with more frequency putting the greater public in danger. EVs will continue to destroy lives whether through killing those involved, created long-term psychological damage, or leading to the incarceration of people who did nothing wrong other than drive an EV.
Also as Tesla is aware of the problem and does not warn the public its liable for everyone of its vehicles going out of control!

Section 8 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Jain is one of tens of thousands of Tesla owners who have experienced premature failures of suspension or steering parts, according to a Reuters review of thousands of Tesla documents. The chronic failures, many in relatively new vehicles, date back at least seven years and stretch across Tesla’s model lineup and across the globe, from China to the United States to Europe, according to the records and interviews with more than 20 customers and nine former Tesla managers or service technicians.

https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/

The exact cause of the Hutchison Effect is unknown in public spheres as it is classified under national security. However the most likely culprit seems to be a combination of electromagnetic sources coming together in a way to change the makeup of metals leading to their rusting, softening, fracturing, complete breaking, even dustification. Keep in mind the degree of metal materials that are within our buildings and infrastructure...even in concrete. Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?

Kind of thing you'd expect to find with fake it until it makes it scams.

In a previous post i claimed that "Tesla = fake it until you make it scam". In other posts ive claimed that Tesla is a bigger scam than what Theranos was. People will say it sells cars, its cant be a scam. Very true, the car part and the energy part of the company are not "fake it until you make it scams". What makes Tesla a fake it until you make it scam is the fact that Tesla would not have sold nearly as many of its cars and possibly even megapacks without the lies that have been perpetuated about Tesla to help create a hype around it. Its valuation would be nowhere near what it is or peaked at and thus fewer investors could have purchased so many Teslas. Elon Musk would not be worth the over hundred billions hes worth, without the misleading claims, mostly by Mr Musk, about Teslas FSD software and what could be achieved by it in a rather short period of time. Reality is that true full self driving is decades away if ever achieved; i lean toward never because of natural phenomena that should make it impossible to safely achieve.
Its possible that Tesla produces a few robotaxis and tests them in cities like Cruise and Waymo do, but this would be just part of said fake it until it makes it scam as the underlying software is NOT safe for true full self driving. Thus, I'd expect Tesla to experience the same setbacks those companies have in the cities they operate in, struggle with expanding to other cities, or even continue to operate in the cities they are allowed to be in . In other-words, it will not achieve true self driving robotaxi network. At least its finally going to try and put the public at greater risk at the same time.

What constitutes a fake it until you make it scam?

it was arguably a referendum on “fake it till you make it” practices, such as intentionally overstating, and thereby misrepresenting, a fledgling company’s current capabilities, success, or profitability, while banking on the notion that its aspirations will eventually follow the desired trajectory and become a reality.
Is that not exactly what Elon Musk did when he made a series of promises 8 years ago that helped Tesla drive its valuation, sell more vehicles, and net him billions in gains via his enormous share count? This scheme was so successful that sales grew in part because a lot of people invested in TSLA, used their gains to buy 1 or more of Teslas vehicles; some of which then sold them for profit on the secondary market because of all the hype around Tesla coupled with shortage in supply. Without said fake it until you make it scam, Tesla and the greater EV market would likely be on its last breath; at least in the US and Europe.

Exclusive: In Tesla Autopilot probe, US prosecutors focus on securities, wire fraud

May 8 (Reuters) - U.S. prosecutors are examining whether Tesla (TSLA.O), opens new tab committed securities or wire fraud by misleading investors and consumers about its electric vehicles’ self-driving capabilities, three people familiar with the matter told Reuters.

Elon Musk’s Big Lie About Tesla Is Finally Exposed

Not long before the pandemic reared its ugly head, the brilliant, serial entrepreneur Elon Musk promised to roll out an Uber-like service enabled by self-driving Tesla vehicles. According to Musk, Tesla owners could expect to earn up to $30,000 per year in extra cash by lending their Teslas out to anyone in need of a ride. Owners and customers would transact on the “Tesla network.”

This self-driving technology already exists. At this point, the network can go live very soon, opening the world to an exciting new way to make money while you sleep.
Back in 2016, Elon Musk claimed that Tesla cars could “drive autonomously with greater safety than a person. Right now.” It was a lie, one that sent Tesla’s stock price soaring — and made Musk among the wealthiest people on the planet. That lie is now falling apart in the face of a new recall of 2 million Teslas. It’s also revealing to the broader public what close observers of Tesla have always known (and the company itself admits in the fine print of its legal agreements): Tesla’s so-called “self driving” technology works fine — as long as there’s a human behind the wheel, alert at all times.
Article fails to include that sales of Tesla vehicles would be nowhere near what Tesla has sold to date without these lies.

By this time Musk had MCed numerous stock price-spiking hype events around the technology, and had been collecting deposits from customers since late 2016 for a “Full Self-Driving” version of the technology. Despite the reported deaths and clear evidence that the only video of a driverless Tesla was heavily staged, even Musk admits that his hype around self-driving technology has been the central factor in the recent growth of his wealth to titanic proportions.

Two X flares have shot off from the sun with CME's that are heading toward Earth. Yet there has not been an out of control Tesla yet. This suggests that Teslas do not go out of control due to bit flips but something akin to induced currents as Dr Belt suggests which in his research caused a negative voltage spike leading to SUA and the Teslas black box to record accelerator pressure when there wasnt any pressure.

NHTSA Petition Claims Tesla Sudden Unintended Acceleration Is Real

New information received by the NHTSA shows that sudden unintended acceleration events with Tesla EVs were real and not driver errors. The report explains in detail what caused the cars to accelerate even when the accelerator pedal was not pressed.
What's worse is that the incorrectly increased sensor signals will be sent via the CAN bus to the vehicle logs, causing Tesla and NHTSA to conclude that the driver caused the sudden increase in torque by stepping on the accelerator pedal. But in this case, the sudden acceleration was caused not by the driver stepping on the accelerator pedal but by a random superposition of a negative-going voltage spike (which is about 100 microseconds long), and the sampling time of the analog-to-digital converter (which is about 10 microseconds long). This random superposition explains the low occurrence rate of sudden acceleration in Tesla vehicles
https://www.autoevolution.com/news/breaking-nhtsa-petition-shows-tesla-s-sudden-unintended-acceleration-is-real-and-curable-217525.html

As posted previously this new petition will likely be dismissed as I don't think Teslas SUA problem is easily fixed as Dr. Belt suggests. Furthermore, Tesla is aware of its SUA problem, trying to fix it, and hasnt managed to yet.

What can cause the random negative voltage spikes is from induced currents from Electromagnetic Interference. As explained in the following quote, E3 wave (which is similar to conditions during a geostorm) causes voltage depression in power lines and it seems in Tesla system as well. Like regulators at a substation, Tesla system seems to try to make up for this voltage depression causing voltage spikes leading to SUA and logs recording high accelerator pressure even though the driver hasn't touched the accelerator.

E3 can also affect subtransmission and distribution systems by causing harmonic distortion and voltage depression. The voltage regulators at the substation will attempt to correct for low voltage levels on distribution circuits. This attempt can result in overvoltages when the E3 stimulus decays to a low value

Tendency to create unfriendly relationship with established ruling authority at home.

Too far in advance lots of talk about good projects and products. Delivery always drags and late... and when delivery done, share price will decline every time. The opposite of what makes things more exciting to the public and all participants in his works and shareholders.

It appears the FSD & robotaxi will have the same fate.

Yet he still is a pioneering creative visionary businessman.

Uber and Lyft drivers use Teslas as makeshift robotaxis, raising safety concerns

A self-driving Tesla carrying a passenger for Uber (UBER.N)
, opens new tab rammed into an SUV at an intersection in suburban Las Vegas in April, an accident that sparked new concerns that a growing stable of self-styled "robotaxis" is exploiting a regulatory gray area in U.S. cities, putting lives at risk.
Tesla (TSLA.O)
, opens new tab CEO Elon Musk aims to show off plans for a robotaxi, or self-driving car used for ride-hailing services, on Oct. 10, and he has long contemplated a Tesla-run taxi network of autonomous vehicles owned by individuals.
Do-it-yourself versions, however, are already proliferating, according to 11 ride-hail drivers who use Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) software. Many say the software, which costs $99 per month, has limitations, but that they use it because it helps reduce drivers' stress and therefore allows them to work longer hours and earn more money.
Reuters is first to report about the Las Vegas accident and a related inquiry by federal safety officials, and of the broad use by ride-hail drivers of Tesla autonomous software.
The Las Vegas Tesla driver, Justin Yoon, said on YouTube the Tesla software failed to slow his vehicle even after the SUV emerged from a blind spot created by another vehicle.
Yoon, who posts YouTube videos under the banner "Project Robotaxi," was in the driver's seat of his Tesla, hands off the wheel, when it entered the intersection in a suburban part of Las Vegas, according to footage from inside the car. The Tesla on FSD navigated the vehicle at 46 mph (74 kph) and did not initially register a sport-utility vehicle crossing the road in front of Yoon. At the last moment, Yoon took control and turned the car into a deflected hit, the footage shows.
"It's not perfect, it'll make mistakes, it will probably continue to make mistakes," Yoon said in a post-crash video. Yoon and his passenger suffered minor injuries and the car was totaled, he said.
Yoon discussed using FSD with Reuters before he publicly posted videos of the accident but did not respond to requests for comment afterward.

Sunspot AR3842 has shot off another X flare with possible CME toward earth. The earths magnetic field is going to be fairly disturbed if that sunspot continues to spit powerful flares and CMES earths direction. Right now its a bit early for Oct 10th but this is the second in 3 day period. It'll be funny if Tesla does a live event, as in shows its robotaxis working, and one of more of its robotaxis go out of control or even spontaneously combusts.

GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH (G3): A CME is heading for Earth following the powerful X7.1-class solar flare of Oct. 1st. A NOAA model predicts it will arrive on Oct. 4th, potentially causing a strong G3-class geomagnetic storm. The CME is quite faint and superficially wouldn't seem to pack the punch required for a strong storm. At this time of year, however, even weak CMEs can be effective due to the autumnal Russell-McPherron effect.

THE STRONGEST FLARE YET: Sunspot AR3842 exploded again today, producing the strongest solar flare of Solar Cycle 25 so far. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the X9.1-category blast:
