Tesla Model 3 earns 5-star rating 🏆️ in Green NCAP test.
The Tesla Model 3 has aced the Green NCAP test, earning a 5-star safety rating with an average score of 98%.

As per the Green NCAP, the Model 3 proved to be one of the most energy-efficient vehicles it has ever tested. It should be noted that the Green NCAP tested a Model 3 Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) variant.

2 Hospitalized After Tesla Crashes On Interstate 76
A Tesla rode about 100 yards on top of a Jersey barrier on Interstate 76 Friday morning. The crash led to two people being hospitalized.
There, they found a small trash truck pinning a Tesla SUV against the Jersey barrier.

Thats really about all thats known here. Somehow a Tesla ended up on top of a barrier and was able to drive/skid on it for about 100 yards. I wonder if the trash truck purposefully helped stop the Tesla or if it just came to rest next to it? Regardless Teslas get into such interesting accidents when they appear to go out of control. Been ongoing solar storm activity for several days now. Thus plenty of surface based EM radiation to cause this Tesla to malfunction. Hopefully more information about this incident is released,

Tesla Has the Highest Fatal Accident Rate of All Auto Brands - Who could have predicted this?
Tesla vehicles suffer fatal accidents at a rate that's twice the industry average, according to a new report.

Tesla's vehicles have the highest fatal accident rate among all car brands in America, according to a recent iSeeCars study that analyzed data from the U.S. Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS).

The study was conducted on model year 2018–2022 vehicles, and focused on crashes between 2017 and 2022 that resulted in occupant fatalities. Tesla vehicles have a fatal crash rate of 5.6 per billion miles driven, according to the study; Kia is second with a rate of 5.5, and Buick rounds out the top three with a 4.8 rate. The average fatal crash rate for all cars in the United States is 2.8 per billion vehicle miles driven.
The Tesla Model S has a rate more than double than average, at 5.8 per billion vehicle miles driven; meanwhile, the Tesla Model Y — the best-selling vehicle in the world has a fatal crash rate of 10.6, nearly four times the average. It ranked as the sixth worst vehicle overall. (The Hyundai Venue took the top spot overall, with a fatal crash rate of 13.9.)
So...in addition to having the highest accident rate, despite many accolades of the safest vehicle to get into an accident in, Tesla brand has the highest death rate of any brand in America. Its like there is something inherently wrong with Teslas and particularly EVs. The reason why Tesla has so many more fatalities than any other EV maker is because there are soooo many more of them on the roads at any given moment for them to be exposed to EM radiation leading to glitching. The more EVs on the roads the greater the probability of them suffering EM interference and going out of control leading to the highest accident and death rate for Tesla. EVs need to be banned and I suspect the elimination of the tax credit is a step toward that end.

Tesla Drivers Have the Highest Crash Rate of Any Brand: Study
Tesla led all automakers with 23.54 crashes per 1,000 drivers in the past year.

Section 3 - The computer errors from outer space
(Elon Musk: Model S not a car but a ‘sophisticated computer on wheels’)

When computers go wrong, we tend to assume it's just some software hiccup, a bit of bad programming. But ionising radiation, including rays of protons blasted towards us by the sun, can also be the cause. These incidents, called single-event upsets, are rare and it can be impossible to be sure that cosmic rays were involved in a specific malfunction because they leave no trace behind them.

And yet they have been singled out as the possible culprits behind numerous extraordinary cases of computer failure. From a vote-counting machine that added thousands of non-existent votes to a candidate's tally, to a commercial airliner that suddenly dropped hundreds of feet mid-flight, injuring dozens of passengers
Plus, since giant ejections from the sun can sometimes send huge waves of particles towards Earth, what's called space weather, an unnerving prospect looms: we could see much more disruption to computers than we're used to during a massive geomagnetic storm in the future
https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20221011-how-space-weather-causes-computer-errors

========================================

Section 4 - Superseding and/or Intervening Force

Tesla argues it had no control in the crash and death which were "caused by a superseding and/or intervening force."
There you have it folks Tesla admits an outside force caused this Tesla to glitch and go out of control. That is true, its not Teslas fault, per se, that its vehicles go out of control. Its the destabilized electromagnetic environment we are experiencing as a result of the earths continued weakening of its magnetic field. While I do not disagree that this is an outside force causing its vehicles to go out of control, its precisely why computers on wheels (Teslas/EVs/computerized ICE) should not be on the roads. Because these vehicles will continue to go out of control and with more frequency putting the greater public in danger. EVs will continue to destroy lives whether through killing those involved, created long-term psychological damage, or leading to the incarceration of people who did nothing wrong other than drive an EV.
Also as Tesla is aware of the problem and does not warn the public its liable for everyone of its vehicles going out of control!

Section 8 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Jain is one of tens of thousands of Tesla owners who have experienced premature failures of suspension or steering parts, according to a Reuters review of thousands of Tesla documents. The chronic failures, many in relatively new vehicles, date back at least seven years and stretch across Tesla’s model lineup and across the globe, from China to the United States to Europe, according to the records and interviews with more than 20 customers and nine former Tesla managers or service technicians.

https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/

The exact cause of the Hutchison Effect is unknown in public spheres as it is classified under national security. However the most likely culprit seems to be a combination of electromagnetic sources coming together in a way to change the makeup of metals leading to their rusting, softening, fracturing, complete breaking, even dustification. Keep in mind the degree of metal materials that are within our buildings and infrastructure...even in concrete. Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?

The bigger issues for TSLA right now are the looming negative impact of its founder and Chairman, and now self-appointed Oligarch, Comrade Musk, turning all of his focus and attention away from his businesses, including TSLA, and instead now being 100% focused on to trying to run America, and what the effect on TSLA will be when Comrade Musk's buddy, Donald Trump, takes office next month and immediately cancels and eliminates all of the federal subsidies and tax breaks for EV's, as he has promised will occur.

Thank you Tesla engineering and manufacturing.”

A guy crossed over the double yellow and I could not get out of the way fast enough. We were both at highway speeds.. My wife, granddaughter and I we're all shaken and are being evaluated (at the emergency room and I'm bored, hence the reason for the post). No critical injuries. The other guy was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. We were spun but not flipped. Thank you Tesla engineering and manufacturing.

Tesla recalls nearly 700,000 vehicles over tire pressure light issue
The recall involves certain 2024 Cybertruck, 2017-2025 Model 3 and 2020-2025 Model Y vehicles.

because the tire pressure monitoring system warning light “may not remain illuminated between drive cycles, failing to warn the driver of low tire pressure,” the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Thursday.

The NHTSA released their safety recall report on Tuesday, noting that “driving with improperly inflated tires increases the risk of a crash.”

Tesla recalls 6,000 cars over risk of loose bolts

Tesla is recalling 5,974 of its electric vehicles over concerns that their brake caliper bolts could be loose.
That could potentially cause a loss of tire pressure.
Cars that are part of the voluntary recall include certain 2019-2021 Model 3 vehicles and 2020-2021 Model Y vehicles.

If you dont recall, Dr Patel was the one that supposedly drove his family off a cliff. Yet he claims theres something wrong with his Tesla and thats why he was pulling off where he did, to check tire pressure for the 4th time. Turns out Dr. Patels model of Tesla and year was recalled for the same problem he claimed he experienced. A claim that should be easy to verify with location data, possible credit cars records, and maybe camera footage at thé gas stations he vlaims to have stopped at.
I obviously bring up this because of the revelation of tire pressure indicator issues mentioned in the recall. I also bring it up because of how Patel's case has been handled. He completely avoided trial somehow which makes me wonder if some backroom deal was made to coverup that this accident was caused by a faulty Tesla. Patel claims he stopping at multiple locations to inflate his tire. That was something they likely confirmed which would explain why a trial was avoided, A trial would have been bad for Tesla if this information was indeed confirmed.

A Pasadena radiologist accused of intentionally driving his Tesla off a cliff with his family inside will avoid trial for now and instead enter a mental health diversion program, a judge ruled Thursday.

Dharmesh Patel, 43, was charged with three counts of attempted murder after the January 2, 2023 incident on Highway 1 in San Mateo County.

San Mateo County Superior Court Judge Susan Jakubowski found Patel “eligible and suitable” for mental health diversion, a program established in 2018 to address mental illness in the criminal justice system.

The ruling could lead to a dismissal of all charges against Patel if he successfully completes the two-year treatment program, which will be overseen by Stanford University’s forensic psychiatric fellowship.

The following collection of accidents will show that Teslas have a sudden veering problem, a problem thats being covered up, in addition to issues of Sudden Unintended Acceleration. These accidents occur regardless of the Teslas being operated by intoxicated drivers, regular drivers, professional drivers, Autopilot, or FSD.
This collection was put together to showcase the core problem is actually hardware related not driver/software. When nearly the same crash elements occurs across a diverse collection of use cases regardless of model & year, the only logical conclusion is that there is something wrong with the vehicles themselves and that they pose a significant danger to society. As I already hinted at, there is a newish investigation that indicates that Tesla & NHTSA are purposefully withholding information in regards various AP related accidents including these veering Teslas that works to hide such dangers from becoming more apparent...so people do not catch onto this pattern! I post the link to the article at the end of this section of the post.

Both FSD cases, 1 professional driver case, 4 regular driver cases, & 1 intoxicated driver case, the Teslas slammed into a tree resulting in the death of at least 1 person. 1 autopilot case the Tesla veered off the road and rolled into a tree. 2 Autopilot cases suddenly veered into the median. 2 regular driver incidents involved locked steering. It appears as though the Semi suffered some sort of electrical issue causing an engine to catch fire and it veer off the interstate into trees. The Cybertruck incident also involved locked steering but included sudden unintended acceleration.

New Investigation Suggests Tesla And NHTSA Withheld Info Surrounding Autopilot Crashes
Details of over 200 Autopilot-related accidents were complied, with new patterns being discovered.
The report states that in the accidents, Tesla’s Autopilot struggled with obstacle avoidance, and cars also veered off the road.

The problem occurs on the new version of Tesla’s HW4/AI4 autopilot on-board computer, which some Tesla employees call AI4.1. These computers are prone to short circuits. The cause may be a low-voltage battery that can cause the computer to short-circuit during the camera calibration process.
While EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) can't directly cause a "classic" short circuit where two conductive wires touch, it can create conditions within a circuit that lead to malfunctioning or damage by inducing unwanted electrical currents, potentially causing components to fail or behave abnormally, which could manifest as disruptions in circuit operation, sometimes misinterpreted as a "short circuit" due to the sudden change in electrical behavior

The latest reports of brand new vehicles experiencing critical computer failures within just tens of miles of delivery — affecting core safety features like cameras and active safety systems — indicates Tesla is now shipping cars with fundamental flaws that create immediate safety risks. Already we saw a 2025 model Tesla abruptly kill its owner..
OH Tesla Kills One in “Veered” Crash
Kyle Soli of Salem was operating a 2025 Tesla Model 3 and travelled off the right side of the road, striking a mailbox, ditch, culvert, multiple trees and overturning several times before coming to rest on all four tires.

Electromagnetic Interference and Compatibility in Electric Vehicles

If we see the electric vehicle architecture large amount of electrical and electronic systems placed into a confined space. This causes electromagnetic interference or cross talk between these systems. If EMC not maintained properly these systems may malfunction or even may fail to operate.
Below is the images showing the additional internal sources of EMI in an EV. While there are sources within ICE vehicles as well, they are fewer in number and more importantly the size of the EM fields are significantly smaller and less powerful. This is because the voltage and amperage does not come close to that which EVs require. For example:

Let consider an electric vehicle with 100KW electric drive operating at 400V means it is having current of 250A which creates a strong magnetic field. While designing the vehicle we have to assess EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) of all these subsystems and components to ensure components safety along with living beings safety.

https://circuitdigest.com/sites/default/files/inlineimages/u1/Sources-of-Electromagnetic-Interference.jpg

One of the problems with established guidelines for proper EMC maybe because of the following:

Outside tests are done in a real-world on road driving conditions. In these tests the vehicle under test need to drive with maximum acceleration and deceleration to ensure maximum current during traction and regenerative braking. These tests will be performed on straight road where the magnetic fields due to earth is constant and in some cases on steep slope roads.
Automotive companies test their cars during calm geomagnetic activity. They have no way of being able to factor in potential magnetic variance from earths geomagnetic activity. On May 28th & 29th, 2023, 4 Electric Vehiclles went out of control in a similar manner all over the US. A Toyota in Maine on the 28th and Teslas in Michigan, Florida, & California. You never know where surface magnetic activity will interfere with a passing EV.

If proper levels of EMC are not established, and I suspect current standards are not stringent enough, then the electronic systems within EVs can and do glitch. Lets look at some susceptible systems:

Susceptible systems include advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) functions, global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) navigation, tire pressure monitoring sensors, and collision-avoidance radar, essentially any circuit that employs analog small signal chains. Battery management systems and onboard chargers are other examples of high-power electronic circuits used in an EV. As mentioned earlier, conducted EMI from cables and interconnects attached to power electronic systems are also likely causes of erratic and unreliable behavior.
Have you read about any of these systems glitching it Teslas? I know ive posted some of them.

Here are some other systems that commonly glitch due to EMI and almost every system has been recalled in Teslas at one time:

Irrespective of the type, EMI in electric vehicles impairs the normal functioning of the electronic systems in them. The most common malfunctions are experienced in audio systems, engine control units, GPS navigation systems, antilock braking systems, air-bag controls, car alarms, collision warnings, and avoidance controls. As the strength of the EMI field in electric vehicles increases, the severity of the electromagnetic compatibility issues also increases.

"...There is no information on when the six-seater version could enter production, but the report says the five-seat Model Y Juniper will start being built at Gigafactory Shanghai in China just after the new year in January.

The six-seater Model Y Juniper will likely enter production later in the year. Reuters reported in September that this version of the new Model Y would be manufactured by late 2025. The report from the outlet also stated that Tesla was asking suppliers to prepare for a substantial increase in production of the Model Y in Shanghai.

There will be several notable changes between the current version of the all-electric crossover and the new version that will begin production next year, the report says.

Many of the changes will be related to the interior and exterior design, but there will also be battery and performance upgrades to help bolster the vehicle’s reputation as one of the best in the highly competitive Chinese electric vehicle market.

We have also spotted several Model Y Juniper test mules in the United States, as the vehicle is under wraps in California on public roads. Not all of the exact changes are yet known...."

Autopilot computer crashes on new Tesla cars after a few tens or hundreds of kilometers

Tesla seems to be having «serious problems» with the autopilot computers on the new cars. Several owners have complained about this. And we are talking about brand new cars. This problem is allegedly so widespread that it is now «overwhelming Tesla’s» service department.

The problem occurs on the new version of Tesla’s HW4/AI4 autopilot on-board computer, which some Tesla employees call AI4.1. These computers are prone to short circuits. The cause may be a low-voltage battery that can cause the computer to short-circuit during the camera calibration process.

Computer failures occur almost immediately after the delivery of a new car – within the first tens or hundreds of kilometers. Once the computer fails, functions such as cameras, GPS navigation, range estimation, and even active safety systems simply stop working. All affected Tesla cars were manufactured within the last few months and all have a new computer.

Tesla has yet to issue a service bulletin regarding the issue, and according to one source, the company is downplaying any safety concerns so that people don’t think their new cars are unroadworthy. Tesla is reportedly working on a temporary software patch, but the primary remedy for this issue is a computer replacement that may occur in the future.
Glitching hardware once delivered. Sounds like poor EM shielding in gen 4 hardware. Already an accident involving a 2025 Tesla with 4th gen computer.

I believe the reason the charts wwork most of the time is because people believe they work and make what they show happen by buying or swelling.

Some stock breaks the mold for a number of reasons like public excitement, and innovation ( new mats discovered in Nevada, Trump is probably going to make it easier and cheaper to strip mine, etc.). This might be one.

These solar/geostorms is why Tesla leads all brands in accidents and deaths. The more Teslas on the road the worse this problem will get. This seems to be true for all EV makers but Tesla dominates cars on the road at any given time.

Metals appear to be a bust due to their antenna like ability to absorb EM radiation leading to things like Teslas Whompy Wheel issue due to the Hutchison Effect.

========================================
