Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

 

Effective March 24, 2022, Robert A. Joyce resigned as the Chief Operating Officer Renovare Environmental, Inc. (the “Registrant” or the “Company”). Mr. Joyce had been transitioning his responsibilities to other officers and subordinates and did not indicate that his decision to resign was a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Joyce agreed to continue in an operational advisory role for an indeterminate time.
