Dynamic Materials Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Dynamic Materials Corporation (DMC) (NASDAQ: BOOM), a diversified
provider of industrial products and services and the world's
leading manufacturer of explosion-welded clad metal plates, today
announced that its board of directors has declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend is payable
on January 16, 2012, to shareholders of record as of December 30,
2011.
