Well its been a great week for our share price and still not sure what caused or propelled this breakout but hopefully we can consolidate here above $10 and hang in there until we get some positive news to push us up to the next level??? I know I am sounding optimistic, but yesterday's volume and share price increase was certainly encouraging!

Our excess capacity really gives us a lot of growth and profit potential if our development team can finally start bringing in the contracts....all I can say is 🤞

Our biggest customer (I think) Halo seems to be on the path to needing more product from us. There is chatter on Halo boards they potentially gearing up to buy a company again.
I just hope any buyout isn’t taken private so us shareholders can choose to continue on with the new company.

That's a very large corner lol. A year and a half until we finally begin to fill some of the capacity? That is pure incompetency!
The new capacity should have been 60-70% committed to before they even started the expansion and this new business should have started a year ago.

Build it and they will come never works!!! You never expand unless you have a customer to bring in upon completion. Basic Business 101

This commercial team has to start selling $80-100 million in new business every quarter or we get taken out at a low price.

Yikes!!! I hope you are wrong! Remember that there are still institutions with a higher share price cost still holding, along with a lot of new players holding stock right in this cost range......yes I agree that Nick would probably take the money and run, but I am hoping that there is enough resistance to push us closer to $15 for a buyout....assuming this were to happen in the short term. Because of our excess capacity(which if filled would be very profitable) I just do not believe that they will be able to take us out for a 20% premium.....I think $15 would be the minimum number!

If we hang in there for another year, I think we have a shot at $20 for a buyout....18 months out and with a bit revenue/contract luck, we may get closer to $25.

I can live with $15, but would certainly rather hang on for $20 plus, because I kind of think we may be turning the corner here and the next 6 quarters could finally begin to fill in some of that excess capacity gap.

Looks like their trying to value Avid at around $600 million. So with a 20% premium $720 million buyout.
Add in 1.5 million shares just given to top 5 people in PSU and RSU equals 65 million outstanding shares.
Looks like $11 per share?
Nick walks away with $17.5 million and $3.6 in severance.
IMO that's what a buyout looks like right now

We could see $40. That would mean with what Nick already has vested and outstanding non vested shares that would become vested plus he gets a year of salary and bonuses and I figure well over 1 million shares. At $40 he would walk away with over $50 million++

The stellar compliance record is steve King's legacy that carried over to Lias and Nick after his departure. Nick and Lias can get the credit for keeping the team responsible for maintaining such stellar compliance in place but that is something that is very easy to do. Where Nick failed is in filling,or starting to, the new capacity. Plus Steve King took Bavi into phase III. Had it not been for the phase II sabotage Bavi would have probably been approved. Nick has failed so far in starting to fill the new capacity after more than ample time. I do hope you are right but I hope we get taken over at a good price after all of this waiting. Maybe the price jump bodes well for the near future, i hope.
