Loop (and a few other ‘old names)’ first posted on IDCC in 2003. He added great insight and explanation on issues, and always was a gentleman. I will miss his intellect and kindness.

My3, the market is still digesting the last press release. Based on Interdigital's own projections, IDCC is still significantly undervalued. I'm more of the thinking that Interdigital is fairly valued in the $7-9 billion range based on those projections. 1-Samsung arbitration completed. Awaiting rate decision and license from Jan 2023 forward.

2- Awaiting OPPO rate decision by UK court and license. Additionally, payment determination for past use years. Arrears funds.

3-Agreed to arbitration for rate and license with Lenovo, for period commencing Jan 2023 forward. When arbitration will start and finish is unknown at this time.

I would think when Lenovo and OPPO are licensed the other Chinese holdouts will come into the fold. In addition to any other holdouts.

More TV and other non phone licenses being signed, and Avanci signing more automaker companies.

I can only see good things coming to the company. As the CEO has indicated IDCC will be a billion dollar revenue producing company in a few years.

I agree there is room for regulations in order to define the playing field. But, once regulations are in place, we need the court system to ensure that the government bureaucracy does not:

1. Impose any additional requirements.
2. Enforce the regulations in a discriminatory fashion.

Lime, Lenovo is I needed of a license from January 23 forward. I think the rate will be modeled on the Samsung arbitration agreement decision which should be made public anytime.

Samsung is unlicensed since January 2023.

Zdog, I took my gas buggy across country last year. Gas stations everywhere. I love it.

Subaru from what I hear and know are good cars.

Last winter's arctic freeze in chicago, my son was driving people to EV charging stations to pick up cars left for charging. It was reported that hundreds of EV's were 'abandoned' on the way to charging stations because the batteries died out. Tow trucks drivers were maing a fortune towing them to dealerships and charging stations.

I alo heard in Florida they are suggesting ev onwers park cars in covered municipal multi story garages to keep them from getting wet batteries.

AND THE CHINESE WANT TO BUILD THEM IN MEXICO AND SELL THEM IN THE usa ! ! ! WHAT A JOKE.
