Anheuser-Busch Taps IRI's InfoScan Convenience Store National
Service IRI to Provide World's Largest Brewer with Sales
Measurement and Promotional Insights in Convenience Stores CHICAGO,
Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Information Resources Inc. , a

that Anheuser-Busch Inc. has selected IRI's InfoScan(R) Convenience
Store National Service. IRI's sales data and causal (promotional)
information can be used in category management efforts at retail to
more effectively benchmark performance in a category across the
total U.S., custom markets and regions, and multiple c-store
retailers. This service will enable Anheuser-Busch to more
efficiently develop, implement and evaluate sales and marketing
programs. The new convenience channel data will be integrated with
the retail measurement and analytics services currently provided by
