Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 6, 2025, Laura Lockhart, Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller of Kelly Services, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of her intention to retire as an officer effective December 31, 2025, or upon the appointment of her successor, if earlier. Ms. Lockhart’s retirement is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company, including with respect to any matters relating to the Company’s accounting practices or financial reporting. The Company will initiate a search for Ms. Lockhart’s successor that will include both internal and external candidates. The Company currently expects Ms. Lockhart to continue as an employee of the Company following the appointment of her successor and to assist with the transition.
