(b)       Effective November 3, 2023, Michael Schaffer ceased serving as Vice President of Laboratory Operations of Psychemedics Corporation (the “Company”) and is no longer employed by the Company. The Company thanks Dr. Schaffer for his many years of service to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
