Somera Appoints Scott Willis as Senior Vice President, Global
Services DALLAS, June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Somera
Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMRA), a global provider of
telecommunications asset management services, announced that Scott
Willis, age 41, has joined the company as Senior Vice President,
Global Services. Mr. Willis will be located at the company's
headquarters in the technology corridor in Dallas, Texas. "We are

Willis has also held senior management positions at both BellSouth
and Sprint Corporation, where he achieved increasing levels of
responsibilities resulting from demonstrated success in sales and
market development. Mr. Willis holds a Bachelor degree in finance
from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Wake Forest
