The 10/02 R/S was massive. I used to think that this penny stock had some promise with a viable product. But only trash penny stocks resort to such a massive R/S, which will surely eventually wipe out all of the shareholders after insiders start diluting and dumping shares to raise $$. Raise $$ to pay for their fat cat salaries and pension plans. This will most likely be at under a dollar by spring 2025, followed by another R/S. So Sad. I had high hopes. Fortunately I have no position in this stock anymore. I was just monitoring it.

Nice move up! Put LCTC on your Radar - one of the lowest float stocks in the entire market, and in the alcohol/drug testing field similar to SOBR. Beta testing on new cannabis roadside testing device to begin soon. Currently trading at around $4 a share.

Ironically it takes a horrible market day for more people to start seeing the value in SOBR--So be it.
