Value Line, Inc., (NASDAQ: VALU) reported financial results for the
third fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2024.
Retained earnings at January 31, 2024, were
$102,292,000, an increase of 6.6% compared to retained earnings at
April 30, 2023. Shareholders’ equity reached $89,246,000 at January
31, 2024, an increase of 6.7% from the shareholders’ equity of
$83,673,000 as of April 30, 2023.
During the nine months ended January 31, 2024,
the Company’s net income of $14,232,000, or $1.51 per share, was
1.4% above net income of $14,036,000, or $1.48 per share, for the
nine months ended January 31, 2023.
During the three months ended January 31, 2024,
the Company’s net income of $5,885,000, or $0.62 per share, was
12.2% above net income of $5,248,000, or $0.55 per share, for the
three months ended January 31, 2023.
