National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC)
Annual Meeting and Education Conference, taking place November 10
through 13 in Anaheim, Calif.
Justin Ladner, President of Pennsylvania American Water,
will participate in a panel discussion on the current state of the
wastewater industry, affordability and the need to address
necessary infrastructure improvements.
Christine Keck, Vice President of national Government and
Regulatory Affairs at American Water, will participate in a panel
discussion on navigating the complexities of the constantly
evolving regulatory and legislative landscape during a presidential
election and legislative planning.
Lacy Carothers, Director of Engineering at California
American Water, will participate in a panel to discuss and expand
upon innovative new approaches to reliability in the electricity
and water industries.
The NARUC Annual Meeting and Education Conference is a gathering
of state utility regulators, industry representatives, consumer
