Joining CI&T are Tony Graham, North America leader for financial services; Dawn Svedberg, North America Leader for fintech and lending and Dina Diab, North America leader for healthcare and life sciences. Their collective expertise and leadership will further propel CI&T’s go-to-market strategy, deepen its capabilities in high-growth verticals and solidify its reputation as a trusted partner in AI-powered digital transformation.

New Sales Leadership Appointments:

  • Tony Graham – North America Leader for Financial Services Graham has been named North America leader for financial services following his role as financial services portfolio leader at Slalom. Graham brings over 20 years of experience in financial services leadership, having guided and advised retail banking businesses across 10 countries in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and North America. His global expertise and deep industry knowledge will be critical in driving growth and strengthening CI&T’s relationships with financial institutions.
  • Dawn Svedberg – North America Leader for Fintech & Lending Svedberg has stepped into the role of North America leader for fintech & lending, focusing on mortgage lenders and fintech providers. She has a strong track record of developing and leading high-performance sales teams, growing complex client relationships and delivering proven customer value. Svedberg has more than 20 years working in senior leadership roles in data and technology for companies such as Tavant, Cloudvirga (Stewart) and CoreLogic. Her expertise and deep industry knowledge will be key in accelerating growth and providing value to lending institutions and fintech partners.
  • Dina Diab – North America Leader for Healthcare & Life Sciences Diab has been appointed North America leader for healthcare & life sciences and brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles across technology, advisory services, and management consulting. Prior to joining CI&T, Diab served as executive director for healthcare at PwC, where she led business transformation efforts, spearheaded digital strategies, and managed key partnerships with major technology providers, including AWS, Microsoft, Google and Salesforce. Diab’s career also includes advising clients at Gartner Advisory, where she provided strategic insights and guidance on key business and technology challenges. She is now driving CI&T’s growth in the U.S. healthcare market, leveraging her deep expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering impactful business outcomes to key stakeholders.
