BOSTON, March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE:EVT), a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund on Friday, June 19, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. (EDT). Proxy materials will be mailed on or about April 24, 2009 to shareholders of record on April 14, 2009.
