It seeks to provide shareholders with as high a level of current income exempt from Federal and Pennsylvania income taxes as is consistent with its investment policies by investing at least 80% of an aggregate of the net assets including proceeds from the issuance of any preferred stock and the proceeds of any borrowings in a portfolio of municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It will invest primarily in longterm investment grade Municipal Bonds or equivalent unrated Municipal Bonds.
