veteran Siemens hand, Vogel brings to his new post 11 years of
international Siemens customer relationship management, operations
and mergers & acquisitions experience. Most recently, he served
three years as Vice President, Strategic Planning, for Siemens
Corp. USA, preceded by eight years of increasingly responsible
positions with Siemens AG's Management Consulting (SMC) group in
New York, as well as three years in Munich, Germany. During his
tenure at SMC, Vogel worked directly with Siemens Building
Technologies, both at its U.S. headquarters near Chicago and its
global operations in Zug, Switzerland. Just prior to his
appointment, Vogel spent a year as a principal with the Boston
Consulting Group in the firm's Industrial Goods and Operations
practices with a focus on supply chain optimization. As a leading
