Verizon Communications said it will add a new $10-a-month offer for certain customers that bundle Netflix's and Max's advertising-supported streaming services.

Max's ad-supported tier typically costs $9.99 a month, but the Warner Bros Discovery-owned platform has been running a $2.99-a-month introductory offer. Netflix's ad-supported tier costs $6.99 a month.

Verizon will offer the bundle as part of its myPlan program, through which Verizon's unlimited wireless customers can choose from various additional perks that cost $10 a month on top of the wireless subscription. Verizon rolled out the program earlier this year in an overhaul of its consumer business.

Verizon said the Netflix-Max bundle will be available starting Dec. 7.
