eMedia Announces Shareholders Approve Plan of Arrangement for Going

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan 13, 2014) -
eMedia Networks International Corporation (TSX-VENTURE:EMM)
("eMedia" or the "Company") announces the Plan of Arrangement was
approved by the shareholders at the Special Meeting held today.
The Arrangement remains subject to, among other things, the
final approval of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The
hearing for the final court order to approve the Arrangement is
scheduled to take place on or about January 23, 2014, with the
effective date of the Arrangement expected to occur on or about
January 30, 2014.
