of the Board of Directors held on December
14, 2022, Mazarin Inc. (the "Corporation") has granted to
Ms. Chantal Grenier and Messrs. Guy Bérard, Jean-François
Boulet and Mario Simard a total of
825,000 options to purchase common shares of the Corporation at a
price of $0.175 per share, being the
exercise price in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
Stock Option Plan of the Corporation.
