failure-to-file cease trade order (the "FFCTO") issued by
the Ontario Securities Commission on May 6,
2022 as a result of the Company's delay in filing its
audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended
December 31, 2021 and the related
management's discussion and analysis, and officer certifications
for the same period (collectively, the "Required
Filings").
The Company filed the Required Filings on June 27, 2022. The Company has also filed its
interim financial statements for the first quarter of 2022 on
June 27, 2022.
