Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:QIS) (Quorum) announced today
that its dealership and customer management system, XSellerator(TM) is now
integrated with Scan123's Electronic Document Scanning and Management System.
Quorum's Dealerships may now take advantage of Scan123's affordable web-based
electronic document scanning and management solution to eliminate costly paper
storage to securely and efficiently locate documents from any web browser. Data
is extracted from Xsellerator to maximize indexing and searching within the
Scan123 solution.

Quorum's XSellerator DMS stores all transactions indefinitely which completely
negates the need for traditional "data archiving" solutions. However, for
printed documents, such as those that customers sign, Scan123 can be used to
scan, view, print, fax or email any stored document from their desktop quickly,
saving valuable employee time often spent searching for physical documents.
Additionally, Scan123 assists dealerships in complying with Federal and State
regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley.
