I got the same answer when I called a year or so ago.

Just called their posted phone number on the website. Unidentified male answered my call. He confirmed ALKM is still in business. Agreed that they are not posting any press releases for more than 10 months and don't plan to post any soon. His answer to my "Why not?" was "We are still in business that's why I'm answering this phone number;" we're working to update our required reporting but are not releasing anything right now because we're trying to conserve cash."

More like block heads buying this shit scam in the first place.

Called, person who answered claims they are still working on the financials no projection as to when they will be finished. Further claims they are still in business. If someone is in the area a drive by check would answer a lot of questions.
