Arch Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2024 by the prescribed due date without unreasonable effort or expense because of the circumstances described below.

 

The Company is unable to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2024 by the prescribed due date. Additional time is needed for the Company to compile and analyze supporting documentation in order to complete the Form 10-K and in order to permit the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its review. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2024 will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
