Weak hands do not dump that amount of stock at 100% lower than the price was a few days back.
Manipulation also is plausible.Time will tell.

This is not dilution. This is weak hands leaving. If you've been in a dilutive stock you would know it's endless amounts of dumping. This stock is almost completely maxed out A/S so they would have to increase the A/S to accommodate any dilution. We are in good shape here $ATWT

Smart to put out some PRs soon that talk about current or future plans, also highlighting the upcoming record annual revenue. Need to start some real chatter on news channels about this IMO.

I've asked him a couple times about addressing it. And R/S wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing if we are all deep in the green. Where it would hurt is if they are deep in red or r/s to dilute this would kill investor confidence which based on the way they handled the transaction for birch co I would say it's safe to say they do not want to dilute and they are trying to bring the value up organically $ATWT

The RS was a question I sent into emerging growth along with audit and name change.  They never asked him it. Are these questions gone over with the CEO before recording or did they just decide to skip it. I guess I don't know but I was disappointed they never mentioned it. 

This I do agree with completely. What I would like to have heard is a retraction of the R/S mentioned back in June. Doesn't seem like they will entertain it but it would be nice to have it known to public that being the case. $ATWT with that being understood we would have organic growth from here to over .01 in order to qualify for QB.
