If ESC is legit then they wouldn't suddenly try to hide it. It has also been secretly funding another non-medical/ healthcare Goulding/ Blum/ Tynan related ticker (SPZI) since at least 2002 if not before. IMO it's a tax evasion scam wherein ESC is allowed to purchase deeply discounted shares for its ''donors'' who dump them akin to toxic financiers.

Dr. Richard Evan Goulding (brother of notorious convicted, barred, ex-con financial fraudster lawyer Randall S Goulding and son David) insists there's no ''quid pro quo" for donors. Yeah right. In 2023 ''Randy'' was soliciting donations to ESC on his Facebook page in honor of his birthday.
