Mr. Alper during his trip was able to finalize the terms for a Production Partnership Agreement between Medtiva Inc. (http://medamints.com/) and Michigan Plant Technologies, Inc. (MPT), a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV.

In other news: Blue Diamond Consulting (BDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV has signed another consulting agreement, this time with a major food packer to provide market research and to advise the company on their possible entrance into the California Cannabis Edibles market. This is one of 5 new clients added in the last 30 days alone.
 
Mr. Alper was in Spokane Washington during the trip to meet with Cannabis Greenhouse Systems, a greenhouse manufacturer that produces and markets Double Insulated Green Houses. The discussions were about a possible acquisition of the company as a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV. Mr. Alper stated, “I was able to see this great Greenhouse in Action while visiting a Washington State Grower. The temperature outside was in the low 20’s while inside the greenhouses grow rooms the temperature
was in the high 60’s. I am convinced the greenhouse works as the engineers designed. In addition, the proprietary shading system was very impressive.” Cannabis Greenhouse Systems designs are being evaluated for the Michigan Cannabis market.
 
Blue Diamond Consulting will report on the status of Solar Projects in the Western New York area prior to the end of the year.
 
Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. received recognition when BLDV was added to the Marijuana Stock Universe
on the Marijuana Stock Index last week.
 
Blue Diamond has shipped samples of the company’s AgriHit Plant Tonic and Seed Soaker products to some commercial growers and seed companies for their first trail, as each has expressed interest in purchasing products from United Sustainable Technologies a DBA of MPT.
