Years ago they Issued a PR about a reverse split could never happen. Something about shares held/frozen from litigation from a previous management's lawsuit. That was the only thing helping us out at the time. Supposedly those shares will never be released so BLDV will never be able to get approval for a RS. They have tried.

BLDV has always had a losing business model. It has never been successful. If you read the last management filing you'd see they pretty much have given up. Their last financials showed zero income.

Whats even stranger is they haven't diluted in years. Basically tells me management has their own other jobs and is just using what little revenue they did have to line their pockets.

Mr. Peebles was the absolute worst CEO to come aboard. He single handedly drove this company to the ground with his lack luster performance. He never even addressed his shareholders years ago when he first came aboard. Nothing but his stupid copout "Pillars" of success which are now a crumbling pile of rubble.

I’m still very optimistic here. They’re a smart bunch.
Those two limited success items = True…But just because they were not successful in the past does not mean they cannot be successful even very successful endeavors in the coming future after re-scheduling. Put them in the skill set closet – could come in handy. I like that they are willing to change in order to succeed. I’ve seen a bunch of company’s go down the toilet because they were unwilling to do so. Life is a constant state of change and the Cannabis Industry will change dramatically with rescheduling.
