the Living Independently Group, Inc. (QuietCare) has signed an
agreement to be on its STATus Advisory Council (SAC). The STATus
Advisory Council (SAC) is sponsored by CyberMedx Medical Systems,
LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EncounterCare Solutions, Inc.,
and is commissioned to provide an ongoing strategic operation and
functionality enhancement forum to insure that the STATus�
Electronic Medical Data Exchange becomes the industry standard in
