I've done extremely well with eltp. I'm up 16 times my money on 500k shares I bought 500k more between 18 and 20 cents and up 2 1/2 times my money and 400 k I picked up in the 40s on this last pull back. I did sell 500k shares around 68 cents a Nas 2020 got on me for selling to buy bitcoin which I sold last week. I bought 150k shares this week and I still have 170 cash for next week to pick up more. It's been a great 2 years in the market for me

If The Rat ACTUALLY attempts to sell Elite on the OTC it would be BY FAR the DUMBEST decision he's ever made....................and he's made A LOT of dumb decisions.

We'd get PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR because the acquirer would use our LOW PPS against us in negotiations.

Maybe he is working on it. He just doesn't want to say anything until complete so people won't be saying he lied 8 years later

Nasrat seemed OK with uplisting. Carter doesn't want to because there's a lot of work involved for him.
Would uplisting effect THE Buyout price taking in account of any splits ??

I too have been wondering about the 2 years without a BE. We know this:
- our investment in R&D is healthy each quarter showing Nasrat is investing in future products.
- Nasrat pretty much blew off any questions about R&D last CC and said they have it handled.
- Nasrat is open to merger or sale of company at anytime now, for the right price.
- Nasrat talked a couple of CCs ago about not wanting to show everyone what products Elite was working on because that could tip them off

Given the above here is my theory.
I agree that I don't think working on a BE or submitting an ANDA wouldn't impact the sales and operations team. But the timing of the getting the ANDA approved has to correlate to a time the sales and marketing team have time to work on growing a new product. I think Elite has turned around an ANDA submission about a month after a BE is announced by doing some things up front. Elite is in the middle of rolling out a half dozen products that sales and marking and the manufacturing team have to focus on for a good few months. If the don't they risk disappointing customers. And a customer unhappy about these products aren't going to want to buy any future products for Elite. We saw that it took about a year (from when Elite starting markting) for Adderall to hit the max sales and level out. If Nasrat had let a BE come out in late summer or this past fall he would be needing to launch another giant needle mover in mid to late summer. That is probably the crux point of making sure all the very new Vyvanse and opioid customers are happy and his operations team is able to meet the new markets without delays. It probably is 'better' for the company for Elite to be planning to roll out a new needle moving late next year or early 2026 (a year after the Vyvanse launch).

So here is what I think Nasrat decided. I think he is sitting on wrapping up a BE and is instead funding new pilot studies such that he that he can have several generic for products that lose there patent in the 2025 and 2026. Doing this
- doesn't those his cards to his competitors
- gives him multiple opportunities to be first to market
- makes Elite more valuable to anyone looking to purchase the company

To roll out a new product end of this year beginning of next we need a BE to drop anytime between now and mid-Feb CC. I think there is a very good chance of that happening.

FYI, he is not going to tell us about some plan like I described until after he has executed it or he will give his competitors a heads up. But given his history of navigating chopping waters successfully and having successfully planning for the ultimate goal of sale, merger or uplist if he is cocky again I think we should trust him.

Get over it guys, when you're talking about 2017, Nasrat wanted the best for himself and the stock price but it didn't happen. Now it's 2025 and the situation has changed, eltp is actually growing revenues and making profits. It's a niche that is working out pretty good from what I can see. Compare 2025 to 2017, it's the opposite, close to 40 million isn revenue in just 2 quarters verses having to borrow money to keep the company alive. Get over it.
