Franklin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FMNJ) (FWB: FMJ). In his first
Letter to Shareholders for 2011, Franklin Chairman William Petty
offered a brief review of the company's 2010 operations. The letter

Mr. Petty has also announced that negotiations have recently
been finalized for financing -- on a project-by-project basis -- a
number of mining and energy opportunities in Bolivia. Details will
be released within a month.
Additional details of the Company's pending plans for further
development of Bolivia's Escala Mina I joint-venture and the
company's application to Bolivian authorities to expand its current
commercialization license to include gold will be the focus of a
