Personally I want to say thank you to Palagria, Although the capital standards are too high from a risk point of view - Calabria will probably be right from a political point of view and Zandi has made the point this week and trying a scare tactic. If there is a conservative capital standard such as what Calabria proposed the rating agencies and reasonably make the case for a AAA rating for FNMA and FMCC post EXIT which will be a requirement. DJT can harm mortgage financing for homeowners but actually can lower fees for single family borrowers through a merger of FNMA and FMCC and expand multifamily housing via new multifamily initiatives by the GSEs. There must be some news leaking regarding deal structure post EXIT or some news regarding the Lamberth case to cause the sell off? What is Mr. Market telling us?

FnF were not sent to OTC. They weren’t delisted, they self delisted once CS started. OTC is automatic default, There is no other exchange for a delisted stock.

I would guess 4 is max pain and 5+ is margin call and or liquidation. Won’t be the first time a Zombie stock went parabolic. OTC is a scam exchange, sort of wild Wild West. Full of market maker shorting and gaps, MMs send each other trade signals, way less orderly than real exchanges. Sort of like MMs wear jeans on OTC and suits on real exchanges where orderly processing is required and monitored.

What makes you so sure?  I get it's otc but that was a pretty hard drop here going into a time one would think buying and holding would be the majority.  Nobody is buying up these prices.

OTC at that which means anything goes! Big deal she dropped $0.47 today and the days not over! STOP LOSSES GOT CAUGHT ! Big correction for some reason but it will bounce back.

The OTC market is the Wild West; everyone here should know that by now.

First, ANY TIME you see those early morning buys driving the price up followed by massive sales driving the price significantly further in the other direction is a CLEAR CUT INDICATOR of what's called "marking the open." It is a well-known and understood manipulation technique that is 100% absolutely illegal. If it happens here and there it could very well be sellers who want out waiting for the price to rise and dumping quick, but it happens here with way too much regularity for that to be the case the majority of the time. And trust me, if you call yourself a trader because you've made some money, even significant money, here on the OTC or even on the primary exchanges, I doubt seriously you understand people who do this daily in massive quantities for a living day in and day out with millions of dollars or shares - although some of those folks may show up here jawboning once in a while to support what they do. In any case, regulators know of the "marking the open" technique and it is in all the regulatory and trade literature. It is a no-no.

Second, but more importantly, the problem with the OTC markets is that they are NOT well-policed; there just isn't enough resources and usually this is NOT looked at unless there is formal written complaint to regulators or the member firm being accused. Unless you have real-time trading, you know how to spot and identify the firms or members involved - which could be multiple - it is nearly impossible for the average Joe Trader to do anything about - or even know where to start to get this looked at.

Finally, the price action clearly indicates to me this is strong possibility for this morning's activity. In the end, you just hope it is not somebody knowing something that we do not and getting out while the getting is good. But there are an uncountable number of reasons to legitimately sell and if manipulation and inside info is NOT involved then believers will continue to buy based on the prospects we have all discussed here ad nauseam for years - in that case, you can view this as a buying opportunity, the price will go back up and the rinse and recylce process will continue until there is more solid news.
