company, today announces that its Board of Directors has accepted
the resignation of its Chairman and CEO, John D'Alessandro. Mr.
D'Alessandro will continue to be a consultant for the company
specifically focused on product development. The board also
announces that Paul Murdock,
Go Green's current COO and
President, has been appointed CEO. He will also continue his duties
as COO. Mr. D'Alessandro said, "Paul has been a great addition to
Go Green and I felt it was time to
turn over the day-to-day operations to him. This move will allow me
to focus on my true passion, which is product development. I will
work closely with the inventor of SonicalTM,
Mario Pandolfo, on developing future
products for Go Green."
Additionally, the board announces that its interim CFO,
Mark Del Priore, has agreed to
become permanent CFO. Board member Massimo
DeCarli said, "We envisioned Mark being the permanent CFO
all along, so we are pleased that he has accepted this role. Mark
exceeded the board's expectations when he was tasked with improving
our financial reporting capabilities and internal financial
controls."
Finally, the board is pleased to announce that Mario Pandolfo, the inventor of
SonicalTM, will join its board of directors.
