Item 8.01 Other Events
In light of the ongoing political and economic uncertainty in Pakistan, Gamer Pakistan Inc. (“Company”)
has decided to cease operations in Pakistan and reduce overhead expenses wherever possible while it continues to seek alternative opportunities
for the Company.
