Hey Rangie. They simply didn’t know about the stock. They saw it on a momentum/break out board and decided to take it for a spin for a quick swing trade. Simple explanantion.

So why would someone spend $50k buying shares at .009 when they could have spent $15k to get the same amount at .0030?  I would love to hear your explanation to this. 

In the investing world it is peanuts. Look at any company even the otc stocks with decent volume. 50k is a fisher price my first investment. I have a ton of shares here and i hope it goes up so i can get near my cost basis. But hope is a dangerous thing as i learned with otc so i stay in reality.

1 million shares traded at .009 yesterday, then some one hung another 500k at .009 after the ask was taken out and moved to .0099 briefly. Today another person puts a bid in for .0088 (500k) just.0002 lower than the ask, and the seller won’t budge for $100 to fill there order. Seems more like an algorithm from a MM than a retail seller. All I know is somebody must know or suspect something good is near. I won’t say the “A-word” because I am as frustrated as most about its lack of completion, but it may finally be our time.

There is a reason for everything in life and it's no different here.  Someone is buying, few millions of shares were bought at around .0090 in the last few days - there must be a reason for it.  I assume someone might know something, otherwise why would anyone spend $50k on shares at .009 when they could have gotten them at .003 for $15k?  

I agree, but we didn’t see the shares increase for these yet.

To me it looked like they were an exchange for cash.

Anything is possible, but we really don’t know what is driving anyone’s decision to buy or sell other than to make money. If one bought shares at .005, selling at .009 is an 80% profit. For the record, I was not or am not the one selling 1 mill share on the ask. Lol

I'm saying they bought enough shares to trigger others to start buying, then promptly began selling. Bottom line is that there is no reason for this price run, especially given the rotten 10Q report.

So you are saying they bought shares to raise the price and then Dump shares? How else are they responsible for the run up? So buying low to sell higher is manipulative? If so, I will be manipulative when I can!

Manipulative?  There's like no volume.  Not sure what you're talking about.

I see that OTCN has returned and is dumping millions of shares. I think they are the ones responsible for the recent run-up, setting the stage for a dumping spree.

Last run to .74 was all on low volume here - we are up over 300% on the last two weeks on very low volume. That should tell everyone how easily this can move - perhaps someone knows something and is trying to slowly load up, not sure but it seems that way.  Either way, it was nice to see .01 today after long time in sub penny.

Last 6 or so trading days have been very un-dryworldlike, opposite direction it should've gone with that bad Q. Interesting for sure.

Agreed, but volume is still low. Not going to say we woke the sleeping dragon until the volume is much higher, but it is definitely a good day.

The attorney provided the attorney letters I. The past. When the audit is done, you will see them on their filings. Until then you won’t. The auditor cannot be the same person who prepares the financials. these are unaudited so they didn’t do anything for their filings at this point.

Does an audit really matter at this point of dwindling revenues and increased share selling and debt to keep things afloat.   

Under section 8, Third Party Service Providers on page 14 they list their attorney. But no auditing service is listed. It's blank. Yes, that's strange given they are claiming they are under audit. But it's not the first time they've said that. And it's not the first time they tried to justify dilution by claiming is was to pay for an audit.

I agree it’s strange, but if these are unaudited why would a 3rd party put their name to it? They wouldn’t. I know I definitely wouldn’t.

If you look under 3rd party providers for auditor, it's blank. Kind of strange considering they allegedly hired an auditor a year and a half ago.

Yeah this was not a good filing. It looks like another Barrett pile of nothing. That being said, The auditor won’t be listed on the financials until the audit is done. So dont read into that. However, it’s taking longer than it should, and I don’t blame anyone for questioning if it will get done. Imo

May need some more toxic debt to continue those consulting fees.  IMO.  

Absolutely terrible 10Q. Some key points: First, you may notice there is no auditor listed as having provided or currently providing services. This just reaffirms that they are liars. Shocker, I know. Secondly. only $10K/month in revenue? Just what the hell are they doing? There's been no revenue growth in 4 years. Pathetic. And thirdly, Oh boy! Another $150K in 'consulting fees' they refuse to explain. They also list the wrong URL for their Twitter page. Nice going, guys.

I also noticed that they haven't filed a current attorneys letter. So a yield sign is coming.

Now, just imagine if it was Audited!!!  Wow 🤩

If I were them, I would announce audit completion with a PR.  That way more people will be aware of it. 

Financials due tomorrow, late so doubt they’re audited. They did clean up last Q nicely which originally was a joke. We will see if this is just a cold shower, or if things are heating up.

We have not had anything going on for a long while so to be up over 100% is interesting and positive sign.  Let's see what happens going forward.
