Key Energy Services, Inc. (Pink Sheets:KEGS) today announced the
opening of a fully integrated multi-service facility that will
offer a complement of production services as a natural extension of
Key�s core business of well services. The �Super Yard� will consist
of all Key business segments, which include Pressure Pumping
Services, Electric Wireline Services, Fishing & Rental
Services, Well Services and Fluid Services & Logistics. The
facility, which totals 50,000 square feet under roof and covers
approximately 40 acres, currently has more than 100 employees, with
an additional 150 to be added over the next year. From this
location, Key will service a 100-mile radius of the southern
Barnett Shale. Dick Alario, chairman and CEO, stated, "Our new
multi-service facility marks a transition in our offering from pure
well services to a complementary package of well production and
stimulation services. Our customers are increasingly interested in
Key providing more than just rigs and trucks. We have a tremendous
opportunity in the Barnett Shale to combine our businesses in a way

Cleburne city officials celebrated the addition with a
ribbon-cutting ceremony and lunch provided by Stewart and Stevenson
