So they aim to be a "Alternative Reporting Company" exempt from SEC registration. Per se that that would still allow an OTCID listing come July....IF they file financials and certifications in time! Neither bullish nor bad....yes, at least they are aware of the situation and prevent it from being delisted but lets hope its a signal that they are brewing on s.th. good

and that's really bullish. Behind the scenes is what the real developments will take place.

I heard on the video of those 2 guys from OTC Markets talking about if companies refuse to be OTCID compliant they will go to Pink Limited. I'm a little worried about this.

Lets hope they have a plan to not be listed on the OTCID this june but to get any business venture going. It is nice to see volume today.

Well they are a public company not private

to many people getting in their business, visiting the store locations and posting publically, not trusting people calling them trying to get information

I hope they are looking for a merger company with a potential (spac, reverse acquisition, etc). These negotiations take time and are always uncertain.

The SEC and OTC has accomplished what it set out to do. The bottom feeder stock scam companies will no longer survive on the new regulations. Somewhere some how the crooks will figure out how to cheat the new regulations. As for now… I don’t see any signs of it happening.
The dark seed money is drying up. Without them the bottom feeder scam companies can’t get off the ground. The New RS restrictions and scrutiny by regulators prevents the rinse wash and repeat cycle that was so lucrative from being automatic.

If he hits the right de-regulations the banks and business want to see we may be looking at Dot com 1990’s or OTC 2021 again

Thinking about adding up until last night. I went through a year old OTCQB and pink stock to watch list. . They were all stocks with a low float with actual income or something in the works with potential. I went through several hundred and narrowed it down to about 50. Only one of the fifty was in the green, AMMX. Most of them were.000s or lower. Many were defunct or had executed a RS.

Got about the same, had to keep averaging down. Would add more if we had some idea. It’s good that they filed tho
