Assume that when review gets completed and company has answered all FINRA concerns it then goes up ladder to next tier to execute the transaction and can take several business days. Expect they notify company with approval and further give company idea of what new symbol would be. Companies provide a list of a few potential ones but FINRA picks.
Company has already changed its name in NV state to Breakthrough Chemistry Inc ..so all formalities forward i assume

Guessing this 5 month ordeal be accepted or FINRA would have cut bait 4 months ago?

In my spare time I enjoy calling out "Scam OTC" to educate the less fortunate. Given my background I enjoy enlightening others with actual facts and links that many find useful. This is why I've posted here that 90% plus of OTC companies are nothing more than mom & pops printing stock to line their pockets. You know, much like the company you got sucked into.

Given the recent announcements by MGON/BC the 1.6MM shares sold, with under 400K at .0055 would appear to be unrelated to the recent announcements. Given what has been unfolding in the markets I doubt the $10,000+ in shares had much of impact for the poor soul that needed his/her money this week.

Let me educate you, any time an investor is invested in a stock that has a "lack of liquidity" you're going to find it will have wide swings UP and DOWN. This is why I've stated for SEVERAL months, "Don't chase this one", but to keep some powder dry for this very reason.

I'm still allowed to buy. Just not "much" lmao. "Much" is relative to the perspective of the individual in this case. I could just file the 13G but I don't know the full details of that and what I'd be able to do with my position thereafter. I think the limit is at 14.6 million IIRC but it's EOD and time to go home.

In reviewing the dip this morning at 0055 against the buys that followed, it "appears" someone is trying to shake the tree on the good news out from the company today. Note the size of the trades following the dip.

Bottom line, given the recent updates, my gut says this is someone trying to pick up shares before the next step up. That being said, let it come to you down here. But don't be surprised to see little shares being available given the track management is on.

I now understand why mini me has so few followers.
