A form 15 is a step backward. But sometimes you need to step back and reevaluate your decision. My thoughts are rescinded the R/S , file a form 15 and get MIKP trading again.

Form 15 is a one page doc. Check box and scribble in integer of # of shareholders. It's very simple. CEO doesn't seem to want to save this for some reason.

No you won't. You will either give it to your attorney for the OK to file which will take months or you will fire everyone for the third time and start over from scratch.

The reverse split way. The don't pay your people back way. The don't have a shareholder meeting every three months way (I mean every month way); The don't listen to what people have to say way. The take 15 plus year way; The I do not have any money to file way. The Newbauer way.

You can't fault FINRA for their delay; only YOURSELF! You are (MIKP) the longest standing startup company I have ever seen.

Well he is behind by one 10K and three 10Qs.

And on March 31 you can add another delinquent 10K on top of that.

The last reporting period covered by a financial filing was Q3 2023.

We are now in Q1 2025. From here on out the risk of revocation only grows.

He was filing with the SEC in mid 2023 then when he filed to upgrade, move the company main office address to Delaware and do a R/S the chit hit the fan. Mark last filing was August of 2024.

I do agree the delay is probably MIKP lack the money to complete the filing to become current.

He should use company generated PR’s or SEC filings.

If he is using Twitter he has never made a disclosure saying that he was going to use it to disseminate information as the rule requires.

He was able to swindle some supporters into giving him money to get registered, with the hope that doing so would create enough of a pop in the process to get out with something.

That was a complete failure…and he has not paid back the money.

And he is unlikely to be able to get anyone to give him money again…and each missed filing is another jump in the cost to get back to current.

At this point I would not be surprised if he lets it get revoked so people will give up bugging him and go away.

He’s an insurance salesman…maybe he should just focus on that.

I don't know. Right now, Mark needs to file financials so MIKP could become current again. Wish and Vamparella news is secondary. It's going on two months, and still no financials. To Mark , your shareholder base is still fairly strong despite all the missteps you and your advisors have taken. Get it done

Yes, Mark screwed everyone by announcing a R/S and not filing financials. If he had it done Mark would be tweeting and the guy who dump his share prior to the R/S filing would be doing a CC with Mark.

I think Mark released DEC 17 tweet to satisfy Skyrocket and other shareholders who has been waiting patiently for MIKP to be reinstated has a current Pinksheet stock. It appears Mark failed again to submit current financials.

MIKP has never been revoked. It has been suspended, but the registration has never been revoked.

The last time he filed a Form 10 and got registered he ended up later filing a Form 15 to deregister to avoid being revoked…when he could no longer file financials.

He probably has about a year to get the filings up to date…or file another Form 15 to deregister.

If MIKP is revoked the ticker disappears altogether.

i haven't been tracking this closely the past year,
but at quick glance, it seems someone gave up
and dumped 6m shares at "market" on jan29
and a market maker took those shares at 0.0000001 (or such)
for a net sale of $0.60-$6.00 (depending on how many zeros were in the actual transaction price).

then another market maker (or desperate retailer, or maybe mark)
bought 100 shares @ 0.0001,
executing a $0.01 buy to get the price back to 0.0001.

logic: who buys a penny's worth of stock
unless their goal is simply to set a market price?
