If you keep doing what you are doing and taking months to get something audited YOU WILL NEVER STAY PINK CURRENT FOR LONG.  Which is why we have been sitting on the expert market for almost 10 months.  That is NOT acceptable Mark!
It is so so plainly obvious that you hired someone that only works on MIKP when he has spare time and caught up with all his other work (because you have no money to pay him)  or he is extremely INCOMPETENT.  
Also no one is going to help you in doing your films in first or second quarter when you have had MIKP grinded to a halt.  So we know for a fact that your film shooting will not START in first quarter and probably not in second quarter 2025.  
Be transparent Mark and be honest with all of your integrity intact.  
Take actiions that honor your long term shareholders and not just yourself or what your poor management has told you to do.  
Either you intentionally like ticking off shareholders or you are extremely incompetent.

IN 2023 THERE WAS WELL OVER A MONTH  (THAT PASSED) WITH YOUR AUDITED FINANCIALS GETTING FILED (APPROVED BY LAWYER) AFTER YOUR AUDITOR GOT DONE WITH THEM.  Base on that I can safely assume this will easily roll into March 2023 which is your deadline for filing EOY financials plus you will have to start thinking about filings for first quarter 2023.
This is more Bullshit than I can handle.  When are you going to change.

The risk is as much as you buy. A reverse split can wipe anything to near zero. Case in point, MIKP. You may not have been around for 1 for 100 split or the three others prior to that.

Wind i bought before each small run and sold before it going back to expert. Did I catch a million pike? No, but I did catch some. I don't care what Mark does... I know whats going on... and I know he wasted that chance too. You can still make money.

Dude, put down the Kool aid. The guy had options on a Martin book at the height of Game of Thrones and couldn't get anything done. This Pike must be awful hungry. I use Schwab… I bought some prior when on the expert market when they were TD. I had to call them to place an order. I have tout a few times to get filled. It is possible.

You also need to close your eyes, hold your nose, plug your ears and turn of all reason. I think you also need to live in Canada or Nigeria and deal with less than reputable brokers.

Rescind the reverse stock split plans, then everyone will turn positive. As long as that's still on the plate, there is no reason to buy this. Waiting... and time is running out.

Then they will hold off on the filings and use the excuse that the 4th quarter December filings are not complete as December is coming to a close. So we know it will probably be at least a month into 2025 before there is any chance at current. And do not forget about the money situation. Mark has no money.

So the filings may not happen in the first or second month of 2025. And do not forget about the FINRA ok (I do not see that happening until at least mid 2025- if it happens at all). Pretty hard to see the goals of MIKP with all of the smoke and mirrors that MIKP (Mark) has put up the last 15 years.

FINRA is probably having a Christmas laugh at Mark knowing what he accomplished in 2024 (NOTHING in the way of filings). Again that is because there is no money or someone willing to borrow him money at the expense of NOT getting paid back by Mark.

But then again Mark probably made a New Years resolution that he would be on the Nasdaq in 2025.
