1) there are actually no real assets to go after and,

They are trying to make Alfredo look like a MIKP CEO but IMO he is a place holder CEO until they get someone. Even with the latest two filings which seem to indicate that Alfredo was behind it. I do not think he could be. If he was; he is very very very impersonal to the long term shareholders of MIKP by Never saying a word. He did the same thing with VGTL. Never said a word and then he left VGTL and Ken Williams stepped in as CEO of VGTL. I am very cautious in my thinking here because of the common denominator Alfredo at VGTL and now at MIKP.
