PTHRF,,this from scott222,,, Pantheon is in a great spot right now. Very exciting. So many catalysts ahead and there is such a well defined roadmap. Stars are aligned. Stars being Trump, Dunleavey, and Japan. And the geology is the biggest star. Carl Sagan like, as in "billions and billions of stars (barrels). Another shining star is the location, right at the TAPS for the oil and right at the terminus of the proposed and permitted gas pipeline. Then there is the contract to supply 500 mmcf/day to that pipeline and the possibility of capital for field development coming from that contract as that gas pipeline project rapidly advances.

However, Panthion are the only company with a gas sales agreement with the Alaska Pipe Line

I understand that if all goes well, Pantheon will be going for a full US listing.
However, it will still retain its London listing (at least for a while to properly maintain existing UK shareholders' tax and other situations/positions).

Pantheon (from zuesfurla) Pantheon will announce their flow test schedule to the market and their assessment of the top 3 potential zones prior to testing starting so no need to expect the 1st flow test result in the next day or 2. And no need to sell on 'no news' since no flow test news is expected. They said Q1 ie 31 March. I am expecting though at least 1 result by the date of the AGM in mid-March - plenty of time for that. Pantheon has listing on OTC as PTHRF. is there a new situation being arranged ? maybe to a higher board ?

President Trump referred to this company when talking to the Japenese prime minister a few days ago. He also mentioned the possibilities of an Alaskan Gas Pipe Line. The RNS in regard to the Gas Line Precendent Agreement with the Alaska Gasline Development Corp was made on the 5 June 2024.

Reflecting the sum of parts of PANR:

Pantheon Resources plc (AIM: PANR) ("Pantheon" or "the Company"), focused on development of its Kodiak and Ahpun oil fields (of which it owns a 100% working interest in each), containing independently evaluated recoverable resources of c. 1.6 billion barrels ("Bbbl") of ANS crude and 6.7 trillion cubic feet ("Tcf") of natural gas in close proximity to pipeline and transportation infrastructure on Alaska's North Slope.


Megrez:
Low cost, high impact exploration well with management estimating high chance of success (69%) and targeting management P50 Best Estimate of 609 million barrels ("bbls") of recoverable liquids and 3.3 Tcf of gas.

Recent RNS:

In the Four Originally Identified Oil Horizons a Potential 15% - 50% Resource Upgrade in: Preliminary volumetrics for Upper Schrader Bluff (Topsets 1 & 3) and Upper & Lower Prince Creek formations indicate the potential for a 15% - 50% increase in resource estimates vs pre-drill estimate of 609 mmbbls.

Three Additional Potential Oil Bearing Zones in the Lower Sagavanirktok Formation (Above Prince Creek Formation): Log and cuttings analysis identified significant potential additional net pay with excellent porosities and permeabilities resulting in substantial further resource upside potential.

Summary:

Collectively looking at 2.5b-3bn recoverable oil and 10TCF gas. Add in geo political tailwinds for the next 4 years..
Whichever way you view it PANR should be worth multiples of 60p.

I echo what The+Priest has said, I've been in this share in the UK for nearly 20 years, through highs and lows, and in my opinion there has never been a better time to be in it. Just last week President Trump has been out in Japan looking to sign them up to the Alaska Gas Pipeline project. Taiwan are queuing to join as well. Pantheon must be one of the world's best-kept secrets, they are poised to be a key gas supplier to the project and hardly anybody has picked up on it yet. Exciting times.

Could I ask if US investors (and potential investors) have any knowledge of the forthcoming US listing for PANR? Has there been any publicity?

Last time, I found the time in the pub after the AGM most useful. Having met and talked to several of the posters that write on the Pantheon Guild and elsewhere, it became very easy to later dispute various vacuous claims such as every poster was the same person.

There were many very capable City and ex-City (successful and retired) investors at that AGM.
