A new face who is just certain that they picked up a bargain today. 😆 Man have come and gone, welcome aboard. No, No, this one is bonified crap verified by the filings. This stock is very much like the GlobeTopper gift card business. Globetopper has been the promotional subject for a couple of tickers as an acquisition target. The business boasts high revenue but the reality is that it is a a net cash burner because gift cards are printed for free. But OTC retail junkies love the revenue story in a press release. 😀 Same with this boiler room business model that buys and sells Telcom connections. The company boasts revenue growth from the sales but the Telcom connections aren't free so this business model is a cash burner as well. They will clean-up the rest of the 3.6 billion shares that these Mexedia managers have added to the float since October then split the stock to support the $1.5 million reg A offering and the more than $1.2 million of other conversions in the pipeline. These guys didn't print the weekly press release and many are so spoiled and upset by that.

The $1.5 million regulation A offering priced at $0.001 and the more than $1.2 million of the subject convertible notes rewritten and filed with the March 3rd to convert without the reg A offering converts at a 25% discount to market. Of that group of notes are the $1,050,000 to pay the performance bonuses for these Mexedia executives which I'm thinking will wait along with the $1.5 million reg A until after the reverse split.

That is a fact! 😅 The share structure remains unchanged as of Wednesday morning. All the dilution in the pipeline is intact and the buy back BS is just that BS. The run up promotion was likely for the balance of the leak out conversions. No split until they the more than 3.6 billion shares added to the float fully diluted. Is is coming for sure. 😆

LOL My bank account says differently. 30 years of trading the OTC and with what I pulled out in 2021 I can never lose. By the way I trade all my OTC in Roth IRAs. Do you? I bet not. This didn't get my attention until the beginning of January when someone one was pumping it on another board. This has been a fraud in my opinion since the very first press release shareholder letter by the president of Mexedia Orlando Taddeo. In that press release they liked false 2024 numbers filed on the OTC site. Post# 44785 pinned to the top of this board for details with links.

We have the press release of June 6th of a MOU with Fortytwo, a company owned by Orlando Taddeo. We know that Mexedia has has a relationship with Fortytwo for a couple of years. These Mexedia mangers one by one paint this narrative of a NEW relationship that will drive new revenue for this Mexedia holding company called Telvantis. We also know that Orlando Taddeo has two convertible notes totaling $600K in principle of the $1,050,000 awarded as a performance bonus barely a month after they took control. So how much of this reg A offering and performance bonus conversions will end up in the pocket of Orlando Taddeo

Any wonder why these people have been promoting this every week? looks like all the people who were promoting the company's narrative across the various platforms cashed out a couple of weeks ago. Funny how it gets quiet once they conned everyone into their new bags. Never trust anyone who parrots the company's promotion and doesn't say a word about the conversions detailed in the filings. It would be more honest to trade Mullen, at it is widely understood that one is a scam.

So Mexedia had a letter of intent to acquire this Fortytwo business as stated in the Mexedia 2024 annual yet what we find is that it is now owned by Orlando Taddeo through Heritage Ventures which is an company registered in Ireland. Orlando Taddeo has a linkedin post from two years ago about acquiring Forty two.

Hilarious talking about 2021 once again. There will never be another 2021 in penny stocks with the new SEC rules in March 2021 and new ones coming in July and back then there was not one reporting trip play left. All were .001 or above. We'll never see that happen again with nothing reporting in trips. Five more years from now you will still be saying another 2021 is coming. Four years of it now and counting. If I had $1 for every time you mentioned 2021 I wouldn't need to invest. LOL Polly want a cracker?
