Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement |
On June 28, 2022, we entered into an agreement with Simcor (Jiangsu) Materials Technology Ltd. (“SMTL” or the "Company"),
a company formed in the Peoples Republic of China with its registered address at Rom 407, Level 4, Building A, Zhongchuang Service Center,
No. 1 Xihu Road, Wujin National Hi-Tech Industrial Zone, pursuant to which we amended (“amended agreement”) the Stock Purchase
Agreement dated August 20, 2020.
The amended agreement updates the closing provisions of acquisition which allows fast tracking SIMCOR acquisition.
We
are preparing all necessary documents and having them certified with Chinese embassy in US for final closing.
