i had to research this ratio. According to google

"While a reverse split of 1 to 100,000 is a highly unusual ratio, there is a documented record of a company implementing such a split, according to Blocks and Files. The company was Actifio in 2020. The Blocks and Files report suggests this was prompted by potential IPO plans and led to some employee disquiet, according to Blocks and Files"

This reverse split is puzzling. in all my life i have never heard of a split with such a ratio of 1 to 100,000. this must be a typo
excerpt below

"Sincerity Applied Materials Holdings Corp. (OTC: SINC), a developer of advanced nanomaterials and next-generation filtration media, announces today that its Board of Directors has approved a 1-for-100,000 reverse stock split. Pending FINRA approval, this action will reduce the number of outstanding shares from approximately 2.32 billion to roughly 23,200, significantly improving the capital structure and preparing the company for a senior exchange uplisting"

i have seen 1 to 5000 but 100,000 is ridiculous. something isn't right there . or maybe i am just inexperience with reverse splits though i have been through a few. but this one is new

you must be new to penny stocks. The dilution here is bad but there's 000 stocks with way worse dilution. also, like someone else said they can still reverse split and dilute further. let's hope that doesn't happen.

Definitely a shame what the CEO has done to this company. I've never been involved with this much dilution before. In 2 months he added almost a billion shares to the DTC once this new batch hits. Trojan horse CEO. Sorry, but gotta assume RS is next. Good news is it can't get any lower

They increased the unrestricted shares by 180M about 5 weeks ago. It was straight dilution becasue they were added to the OS, it wasn't shares moved from Restricted. Shortly after, there was huge selling that wiped out the 2s, and then another 130M shares sold at 1s. The volume in that 1 day was about 180M. The next update showed an increase to DTC of 180M. So the diluted shares were added to the float and I'm assuming they have been sold, mostly at 1s. As long as there is no more raise in UR, I like our chances here but there need to be progress on the business side.

I was long 70 million shares at a much much higher price. Lost most of my invested money with this POS.
I had a lot of faith in James, but unfortunately he has done nothing but drive the company SP into the ground.
James kept saying no dilution, no dilution, but infact it's now proven the exact opposite.
My opinion, stay far away from this POS.

Well you should tell James to look at the OS on the OTCmarket.com, because the OS for SINC has been raised at 2.52 billion, up 200 million from last week. where exactly are these hundreds of millions of shares coming from, there has been about 900 million added to the OS since January, but not dilution according to James. Ask James where all these shares came from. I've lost all faith in this company as I am in the hole like most people here. The only option I see for them at this point is a reverse split, and we all know how that works out for shareholders. James might have said no dilution, I just don't believe it. I'm from Missouri, and that is the "Show Me" state. Tell James to start delivering some tangible news, numbers, or anything promising about the company,please!

As expected, the 180M dilution has hit the float. And almost certain they were sold at 0001. DTC pretty much matches UR. Praying we don't see another raise in UR. If it holds, patience will bring us back to dubs.
