Solar Energy Initiatives Enters Into Development Arrangement With ESA Renewables LLC for 1MW Solar Project

Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. (OTCBB: SNRY), with business in
solar project development, today announced that the Company has
arranged to receive a developer fee plus reimbursement of project
expenses on a 1MWsolar PPA project with ESA Renewables LLC. ESA
will provide the solar panels and other equipment to the project
with an estimated completion date of early April.
Solar Energy Initiatives has served as the project developer
including the project design, permitting, overseeing the
construction process and arranging for the delivery of some of the
solar equipment and balance of system.

projects that have the ability to be completed and generate
revenue. The Company will continue to develop additional solar
projects in both existing and new geographic regions to schools as
