Just a note, unlike what some on here have said about the judge not reading anything, I see nothing filed on Kevin's case in the public docket that would let her know what NOT to read... only a matter of time.

Confession, I was totally on the Sanctions hearing and heard the whole thing. I would like to thank those "anon" individuals for chiming in and revealing they are likely part of the team Jake P Noch. So I got to hear the stupid stuff they were going to claim and will include some of that in my video I am making either tomorrow or Wednesday morning. LOL!

The satisfaction I get from scammers self owning themselves in court thinking they can outsmart me is the best. They really are the dumbest ones I have ran into... I'm literally butt white and will show that again in the next video, my voice matches the voice in the 2023 recording from the FLOW account, and they are STILL going to go before Judge Brown and lie to him knowing this death blow evidence it coming.

I honestly cannot believe these guys are this stupid.

DV is a category that includes civil stalking injunctions. Usually it is all family related stuff, but handles these false claims as well.

Since, June when I saw these special ed legal geniuses (ope, I mean absolute scammers) accused fraudulently of Kevin being me, I have sent them 3 videos that include written proof, video proof, audio proof, etc. I sent emails showing that clearly, they have made these EXACT same false claims against many other, including in court.

They still proceeded with the Sanctions Hearing.

I then sent a clear warning of what additional evidence is coming out in a new video, again showing I am not Kevin, last week... letting them know that they will have in their possession a video of me in a different city I am at for a work trip. Tomorrow night I will do a 10-15 sec short from the airport, that without a plane ticket and TSA screening you cannot be in, physically verifiable in gov't databases.

So, as they come up to this Wed hearing in front of Judge Brown, they already know I am not Kevin. They know that I will be posting a video of myself, posting and email from these accounts, replaying the spaces for audio verification, and a tight review of the videos I posted. YET THEY ARE STILL GOING TO PROCEED!!!

If nothing is, this puts on record just how stupid and pathetic they are.

Pretty steep market cap for a catalog full of junk left over from Jake's attempted Spotify streaming fraud along with a bunch of questionable collections he can't seem to collect.on for some reason. This kids shadier than a beach umbrella.

There's another problem. SONG is a share selling scam, and a fraud. There is a very high likelihood of regulatory intervention and/or criminal prosecution for that obvious and blatant fraud.

With 5 billion shares in issue at the current share price of $0.00034 the market cap is still $1.7m ! 
How can buyers justify this high share price given the historic cash flows ? 
At $.0001 the market cap was still $500,000 at it's low point 
Personally based on what i have heard and seen to date I wouldn't pay as much as $500,000 for the entire SONG music catalogue (free of debt) including third party royalty rights but maybe that's because I only invest in music catalogues I can understand and I still don't understand the SONG music catalogue and have only found a small number of tracks to listen to.
As the company presumably still has a long way to go to extinguish the $36 million of debt on the company balance sheet  given the fall in share price II definitely won't be buying any SONG shares even at $0.00001 a share 
That's just my personal opinion based on what music tracks I haven't found to listen to anywhere in my personal due diligence to date 
Maybe Jake can provide links to where we can actually listen to the entire SONG music catalogué beyond a few tracks ? 

The most significant drop in SONG stock occurred between June 13, 2024 and July 1, 2025, when the stock price fell from $80,000 to $0.0001 per share. 🤯🤣🤡🗑️

Darcy, a business partner to the CEO tried to claim some ransoms person in Arizona was me. When they went into the PPO hearing I did the same thing I am doing here, live videos, from a location he cannot be at, posting from the accounts he claims the wrong person runs, etc.

So what happened? Darcy ended up with a 2 year PPO against him 🤣

I've literally done this before and SMOKED the scammers. People can chime in here and talk like lawyers all they want, but they don't know the actual game here. I don't lose. Jake and Davy are F'd.

No need for me to send emails anymore, it seems the actual stalkers peak in here every second of the day and "may" very well be posting. The fact they have clearly seen the evidence absolving Kevin and are still pursing this is actually one of the most special ed decisions I have seen by a lawyer... but as we have seen he clearly is the worst lawyer I have ever witnessed...

This is a video I did earlier today when I realized the DV case was at a time and place I will be in a different city and timezone. I find it funny that Jake and Davy read all of this on the board, but can't seem to understand what they are willingly doing to themselves. They are willingly forcing Judge Brown to read all my emails and attachments, watch all my videos, and hear me talk to Jake on a spaces years ago while I talk not the video confirming the same voice. I am clearly white.

So here is the updated plan... just in case the live stream fails I will film a backup video the morning of. That way you see the time, date, I will show my GPS location, confirmed with a video of the area around me, I will make posts and send emails live, which can be timestamped and confirmed from all the accounts. This will be filmed and uploaded early on July 16th, in a location it is physically impossible for Kevin to be at.

Meanwhile, what will they show? That he filed some motions that includes content from emails they also received two days prior? Some post that seems to show I know something I shouldn't but they didn't check to see what was posted publicly on the dockets? My goodness they are idiots.

Meanwhile, a white guy in a different city and state will be posting from these accounts talking in a. voice that matches all previous voice conversation the accounts in question have had going back years... and the dude is white while Kevin is black? You can't look at this situation and walk away thinking Davy and Jakey combined have a single braincell.

And what will be the outcome? A judge in Collier County will read a dissertation on their scheme to defraud the courts for personal gain and punitively go after anyone that speaks about it online with false allegations, in other court cases? How do they think this is a good idea? Are they really this stupid?

He will be in Collier and I will be a different timezone, city, and live streaming from YouTube posting from these accounts, sending an email, all timestamped live... showing I am the same person on the spaces from Nov 2023 from the FLOW account you can tell from the voice clear as day it is me and not Kevin.

The guy with the accounts will be proven to be a timezone away at the same time they have eyes on Kevin. 🍿

But it has to do with the proceedings since Jake has repeatedly blamed the defendant with being Scambusterking, even though it has been repeatedly brought to Jake's attention that he has the wrong person and that he's making false accusations against the defendant.

Whew, just checking... just emails to Jake and Davy whom isn't a real lawyer, he just pretends to be one and somehow passed the bar to check some box. My audience was Davy and Jake given them plenty of info to drop this. They aren't smart enough, therefore they are going to continue pushing the boundaries regarding committing fraud upon the court. The judge will read it regardless.

Per this case in public view, it is still in the courts as a separate issue. Here is what I am going to do....

The beauty of this all is I am scheduled a business trip for the Tuesday through Friday of next week and will be in another city. I am scheduling a live feed for the same day and time as the hearing showing me in a completely different city while they lie to the judges face 😂

I don't think you understand legal procedure. She literally stated that it falls outside of this case and thus, she won't read. Judges have hundreds of cases to deal with and won't waste time when they don't have the proper jurisdiction to hear an action. There are procedure to introduce arguments and Kevin got it all wrong. Jake's attorneys can file a motion to strike now against Kevin. She gave them the green light to do so.

I'm not in a lawsuit and I am not submitting things in court. 🤣
