SpoozToolz(TM) software that bundles real-time market data,
advanced technical analysis, charting, order execution and numerous
other functions designed primarily for futures and options traders.
The program is an add-in to Microsoft's omnipresent Excel(R)
software and operates as part of the Excel toolbar. Excel is a
spreadsheet program that is widely used by brokers and traders and
most other financial professionals. SpoozToolz is available for

of Trade. Data from other markets is available on a delayed basis.
A full-featured version, including all real-time streaming data, is
available for $89 a month, plus applicable exchange fees. "We
believe the advanced features of SpoozToolz coupled with its ease
of use will make this a program of choice in the commodities
markets," said Spooz CEO Paul D. Strickland Jr. "Our subscribers
will have the most complete and easy-to-use quotes and analysis
tools. As a bonus, they will find it easy to switch to SpoozToolz
because it is based in Excel, a program that is already nearly
universally used in the industry. SpoozToolz simply adds critical
functionality for financial users." SpoozToolz provides a
historical database back to 1961, charting, advanced technical
analysis, custom indicators, time and sales, and highly
customizable trading screens. Analysis tools incorporate the
Black-Scholes, Bjerksund Approximation and Binomial valuation
models. The software also provides instant access to a library of
business-specific Excel templates that users can easily download
and customize to meet their needs. Spooz has strategic partnerships
with industry leaders to provide the full SpoozToolz package for
commodities. "We believe we have a world-class team that will give
our subscribers the highly reliable and timely services they
demand," Strickland said. "Following this initial launch, we expect
to accelerate marketing efforts in the fourth quarter and develop a
stocks and stock options version of SpoozToolz, called ExcelToolz.
We are currently seeking a strategic partner to assist with the
distribution of ExcelToolz to the Securities market participants."
