It is a fact - "MM's buy when shares are offered within their spread. They sell when people offer to buy within their spread. It isn't optional, it is the law."

The function of a MM on the OTC is to provide liquidity.

I always get a good laugh when a OTC investor says for every Sell their is a Buyer - which isn't true because the MMs have to buy.

For those still keeping score, 510 Hamilton Street currently has 3 unpaid quarters of real estate taxes plus interest...soon to be 4 quarters unpaid on November 1st .

IMO there's more bad going on than people realize...and it's likely worse. DD dot connectors have apparently unearthed evidence of what appears to be ongoing involvement by unsavory operatives ...people who pumpers assured were either long gone or only minimally/ marginally involved over a decade ago.

I personally rather suspect SPZI is being used as a corporate ''useful idiot'' in a larger, ongoing, highly sketchy-if-not-criminal operation. Just my personal prediction.

Apparently, you don't know what MM's actually do, and what laws they have to adhere to. Not my problem.
It is as simple as this: If you sell at a limit that is within an MM's spread, they HAVE to buy them. Period. That is what they DO for pete's sake. They sure as hell aren't traders. And it is all done with an automated computer system that they all use. There are no 'eyes' and there are no 'signals'. Computers trade lightning fast, and with 10K companies in the OTC, and many billions of shares trading daily in those companies, no human could keep up. There are no humans pulling the triggers on trades. Yes, MM's can short, but they must close out the same day, or file with Finra on any incomplete shorts, twice a month. Most of them do close out the same day.
And, uh, if you don't believe me go look it up yourself. That's how I know. I won't look it up for you. But I will know when you spew crap like what started this thread that you have not bothered to learn. And that will get you a nice, shiny ignore. I always ignore ignorant people.

Not even close. MM's buy when shares are offered within their spread. They sell when people offer to buy within their spread. It isn't optional, it is the law.
The exception is market sellls or buys - those are ALWAYS within their spread, which is why they complete in seconds.
