IIRC, today 1/23 is the ex-div date. so anyone purchasing share today will not get the div shares. Anyone who held shares prior to 1/23 will see the shares hit their account in 2-4 weeks.

Are you guessing that that is probably a positive sign? I really can't see how the insiders could have made much money with these numbers by staging a hoax. I still believe that this could be a good sign.

Could be a major explosion on the upside. I've seen it happen like this before. The first big one I ever made was delisted for 2 years. I had about the same number of shares when all was said and done. Couldn't even find a quote for it. Time will tell.

BB, I don't now if you have seen these two sites. www.xcellara.com and www.zeranovia.com , both have a lot of product information.

They seem to be through the worst of it. Sure would be nice if they would announce more details about the products they will be offering. I can't think of a reason as to why they would issue to us and themselves more shares unless something were in the works. The stock dividend is what gives me hope. Time will tell.

This is shaping up to be a wild one. I can't imagine for a moment that they don't have some other fairly good announcements up their sleeves. Unbelievable timing for me. I just had some pretty bad misfortune and this would more than make up for it. Where God closes a door then God opens a window.

To continue with what you said J-V, if they can show a profit of $4 Million against a share outstanding count of only 8 million shares, that makes a price of about $5 per share short term, and who-knows-what long term. Thanks again for the D-D.

For me buy and hold Invest in stocks must be,with recent quarterly and annual earnings growth of at least 25%. “ that way, I know that 90% of the time, my gain will continue. also looking companies that have new, game-changing products and services. Also considering not-yet-profitable companies, often recent IPOs, that are generating tremendous revenue growth.

OTC on the other hand, You might be familiar with the concept of risk-reward, which states that the higher the risk of a particular investment, the higher the possible return. But many individual investors do not understand how to determine the appropriate risk level In their portfolios. it takes an experienced trader to capitalize on their gain. Did you know that, Apple, Amazon and monster beverage were all part of penny stocks at some point in history?

with $BDPT, from what I see with the new management team ,I think they’re on to something. I have no crystal ball about the future,but willing to take the risk holding on to my shares, and if it shows any sign of life, I will be adding to my position, even if it goes double digits. as I have stated before they are in a huge industry and according to the company, they have some very unique product lines, which is all about health & wellness and if the sale kicks in, I will be buying with both hands and holding perhaps forever.

I read your post with much interest. I owned about the same number of shares in a company called Virtual Sellers Dot Com. That one ended up being a six-figure blowup. Might this be the same? I would be very interested in talking to your broker sometime.

I had three situations like that happen to me. The problem was, I started trading in the old days when the adage "buy and hold" was well-placed advice. Also, my inclination to avoid short term capital gains because of tax implications prevented me from selling. I ended up failing to take my gains on the last two due to that issue. On the first one, I took my gains because most of it was in my traditional IRA. Then the housing bubble hit, and everything went to hell. If that "explosion" could happen again, it would be great vindication for me.

We are waiting on the Dividend record date!!!🤑

The Company issued press release on December 3, 2024, announcing the Board of Directors approval of a dividend to all common stock shareholders. The dividend is one for one with the record date projected to be in the second week of January 2025 with a payment date to be 15 days after the record date.

Is the dividend in the works? I went on to my brokerage account and the value of my stock is down dramatically. I am guessing that that is in preparation for receiving the stock dividend. Is that what others of you on this board would think as well? This may be a real cash cow by the time all is said and done. After all, even after the stock dividend, there will only be a little over 8 million shares, which is staggering. if they can make 1 million dollars profit after expenses, that would put the share price, (assuming a 10 PE) at around $1.2 per share, a sizeable increase.

If people were loading up, it would be in the .20 plus range, it’s so thin. But it’s stayed right where it is. Also It’s Friday and nothing yet.

Well, we're in the middle of January. . .Should see the dividend this week and then the ensuing dump by profit takers. I'm surprised traders have jumped on this and loaded up prior to getting free shares.

Ha, yes, no one was buying in the trips, and the volume is 3 today, 🤣. So of course no one is buying here either. Could be that the price has been holding because of the share double plan, which would slow people down from unloading. Just dangling that carrot in front of shareholders. Definitely having some big doubts here now

There will certainly be a dump.

My concern and question here is how will this ticker hold ground if the 2x share transaction actually happens. The pps has been holding but not increasing, and if people have their shares double, the stock will plummet with its current SS, as people unload. Unless there’s very big news attached.

Kind of a dump today. I'm guessing some people aren't confident. They should at least wait until their shares are doubled. 

This thing is razor thin after the split, any good news and boom. Lets hope ...
