If the SS/OS hasnt changed then there are no notes converting. So yeah, he does know.
Old debt was converted to Series C restricted shares. Only outstanding promissory note is Yakov Borenstein 4 notes totaling $117,500, which are yet to be converted and likely going to Series C restricted as well. IF you can read a filing, youd see that.

Mmm think you're sorely mistaken, SS hasn't changed in a very long time and convertible is an aggressive sell into the bids. The is all directed to someone putting a huge wall up. Convertible debt would yield a much higher daily average volume and market makers would hunt to fill the daily submitted dollar value of converted debt on behalf of note holder.
